Didn’t LK adamantly insist that she was completely responsible for her own finances, the huge amounts of money were hers and hers alone and did not come from her parents, and the lawyers were hers? I mean, technically the lawyer was representing her, but it’s clear that she was being financially supported by her family and all her access to legal representation was set up by her dad. There’s nothing wrong with that – if I had wealthy parents and was set for life, I’d be happy to just ride horses all day – but why the lies?

Mmm. He had only been on the case for a day or two, he may not have seen the name written down yet, he had a pretty shocking experience hearing gunshots over the phone. I can believe he didn’t know the name off the top of his head yet.
Speaking as someone who is not great with names, I can believe it under the circumstances.

For those who don’t know, 104 is for preliminary hearings on whether a witness is qualified, privilege exists, or testimony is admissible. They may be deciding relevance if it depends on a fact or condition not proven, hard to guess but that would be where my thoughts would go on this.
