Barisone Trial Starting Monday, 3/28

Witness looks more serious now though…

Wow in that once again, this lawyer said he did not review his statement to the police in preparation for this trial.

Oh boy. Now the lawyers are in a pissing match.

Seems very shifty now too…and defensive.

Given that he’s just heard his client being shot over the phone, I’m not surprised, since this was a new case/client.

And we are back!

ED called 911 and gave statement to Prosecutor - Did not review his statement prior, did not receive copy.

He didn’t take notes at the time as he was in his call. He knows he did it, but he can’t remember exactly when he did it - 24-36hrs.

It was only 10-15 seconds of conversation, so wasn’t much to remember. He wrote down everything she said.

He gave those notes to the prosecutors office.

Did you tell the prosecutors office that you destroyed the notes? NO, but he is certain he did.

Clarification by ED - he gave a COPY of these to the prosecutor. He’s a green office - scanned, so he did destroy the evidence.

Shown his notes. ED verifies they are the ones we are all talking about, but they are signed, apparently much later. WHEN? Dated September 16th 2019. (Some salty back and forth)

ED very adamant that it was scanned immediately. DIDN"T THINK HE HAD TO DATE THE NOTES (personal WTF. you ALWAYS date notes)

VERY defensive.

I date and scan everything. That habit isn’t even from law, it’s from keeping lab notebooks for an FDA regulated facility.

If RG wasn’t his client, why did he call him?

This trial would make a preacher drink.

That was in front of the jury, doesn’t sound like this was?

ED in talks with MB lawyers, working on if and when LK would leave property.

Facebook posts were discussed? Taylor determines beyond scope.

On day of incident ED called RG.

He told police at the time he wasn’t sure if he called LK or if RG called him. Lawyer says he was in shock, his client had been shot while he was on the phone.

Aside - do these guys know each other? They are pretty salty.

WTF. Now he is unclear as to whether he called RG, or RG called him that day?!?

This witness is an azz wad. He is a hostile witness. The jury is NOT gonna like him at all

Oh my! I thought I liked this guy but now… what the actual…

You mean a Muslim or LDS right? Many preachers tipple. You can’t simply dump consecrated wine after all.

If your the jury…this change in attitude must be making you wonder…

Why would he call Rob if he does not represent him?

That would make a hell of a difference.
