Presumably he was given RG’s number as an alternate number for LK.
But RG isn’t his client! It’s VERY weird.
Edit: and LK originally stated that RG was upstairs “talking to their lawyer” and now the lawyer states he said a mere 4-5 words to RG. This is all very strange.
SALTY SALTY.
Taylor told ED that he was being argumentative.
ED upset about inconsistencies. He doesn’t feel he should be held accountable for not remembering who called whom.
He said to RG - “Can I speak to LK?” - LK is his client, calling to talk to her.
On what he heard in the background - doesn’t remember RG speaking loudly. However, his statement to police says otherwise.
Except he isn’t clear that he DID call RG, or did RG call him?
He clarified he did call RG. His memory wasn’t good after the incident, but now he can confirm. Not really that surprising considering the circumstance. Says phone records can confirm.
He can’t figure out how to get out of a malpractice suit by LK at this point.
Would they not have the phone records showing one way or the other? I would assume that would be relevant since it was an important part of the narrative that they were on the phone with him.
Maybe he’s more worried about a bar inquiry…
Good point
Understatement. Lol.
Beginner to low Intermediate at best. Loooong way to go before she hits Expert or even Advanced Level.
If it’s in the Lord’s name…
He said his meeting was the 6th…same day as the BI/FM….
I couldn’t tell if it was as the jury was filing in or not.
Ding ding ding
I love watching lawyers get pissy with one another
Well, this is certainly a bombshell. He doesn’t sound believable about this “I didn’t recognize gun shot….even while he’s saying he believed she was shot because she told him she was”….and the zebras…
Wow, ED demeanor is combative and unprofessional
Thank you for the clarification
