LK, RG and, I believe, MHG spoke in their testimony about an April 2019 meeting to discuss problems. LK testified that MHG said she wanted LK to leave but MB said no. So in April, May, June and July MB did not begin any steps toward eviction. I wonder why. He had the legal right to do so. He didn’t engage an attorney with regard to the dispute until August. Had he simply filed an eviction notice in April, as MHG wanted, he would have probably had them out of there by June. He could have had them out of there when they first moved back from Florida, or even before they all returned to the farm. It would have been a perfect time to tell 2 people who were supposedly “driving him crazy for 6 months” that due to the flooding of the house, they would not be able to live there any longer. But instead, he arranged a crazy barter deal, without anything in writing, and moved them back into the house. As the barn owner and trainer, he had the responsibility to take control of the situation in a professional manner, and protect all the other people there. Instead, he engaged in high barn drama that involved clients, his girlfriend, his girlfriend’s children, his girlfriend’s father, employees, other trainers and even random people on the internet, culminating in the shooting. Why do so many people in this forum completely blame LK and RG for this situation? Isn’t MB responsible for anything that he allowed to get out of hand prior to him shooting LK?
Huh prosecution rests, but still no earth shattering revelations. Just sayin.
With this guy as well as LK and RG, it seemed like they each had specific lines they wanted to say, and it was as if they were trying to reach a quota on the number of times they included those lines. Regardless of whether or not those lines actually fit into the discussion at that moment.
FWIW the IRS is interested in barter transactions. Even if no money changes hands it can be income.
Yes, sure. But lack of action is not the same thing as intentionally creating situations to cause strife and conflict.
They were already back in NJ when this meeting, allegedly called by LK, ocurred, I believe
Presumably, that means that some drama had already started in Florida between apparently MHG and LK.

RG does seem to get a little fuzzy on his relationships. Like when he kept saying “we” trained with MB. Somehow I doubt MB was giving him lessons on the horses.
I see her as someone who always has her phone on her, checking SM, etc. I could be wring in that impression.
But when important things are going on, things I’m concerned about (say a situation in which I’m afraid), even I keep my phone on my person. And maybe check it frequently too.

Because he was insane and therefore not thinking as a sane person would think. 
The landlord ALWAYS gets them out. All that is uncertain is WHEN.
Clearly, in RG’s mind, whatever belongs to the Kanareks, or whatever financial or legal relationships they are involved in, also include him.
I wonder how JK feels about this… I assume he did something pretty significant professionally speaking to amass his wealth. And here is RG, quite confident that he is completely entitled to what JK earned…
