I believe they said they never found any of the three bullets. The one that hit the house went through the laundry room and out the back window and was never recovered.

Wouldn’t it be obvious, by her appearance and her vehicle*, she’s not a regular visitor to the farm? Not a regular vendor who frequented the farm?
*did she say it was an official vehicle, ie county vehicle?

well, county vehicles around here are often just nondescript sedans with a municipal plate

I missed this testimony, but often when an incident is subject to follow-up investigation, one of the responding patrol officers writes the initial report and then when the case is closed or suspended the investigator submits a supplemental report. The supplement will contain more details about the investigation. There may be discrepancies between the two reports since they were written at two different times by two different people with access to different information.

Did I miss it? I thought the ear witness was supposed to corroborate the 911 call.
No se, but in can see her shooting at the house when her attorney said she can’t stay…

The issue is that LK and RG state they recall the shooting CLEARLY and are certain of the events that transpired. LK/RG recall events quite clearly with prosecution but are unable to answer straightforward yes or no questions with defense. The inconsistencies are palpable but LK has even stated on the forums that everything she recalls is clear and concise but there are many conflicting ideas surrounding her entire testimony and what she has projected onto SM.

Is anyone else having lip-sync problems with the feed? Makes me crazy! I can’t watch, only listen!
I have shut down my laptop and restarted it hoping it will resolve, or I might have to shoot it!
