For clarification, the “consistant with” comment was made by a legal analyst during a recap of the case.
They did bring up a point you made. Without the 911 transcripts, a juror may interpret it differently than another.

The analyst said the appearance of MB could be attibuted to the significant length of time he has been incarcerated and the jury may not be aware of that. Yesterday, J.Taylor said that they would not be told that he had been incarcerated this whole time. (I disagree with that but I doubt J. Taylor cares)

The detective is currently testifying that the magazine recovered shown in S-240 was empty.
Another officer testified, if I recall, that there was a full magazine located in the back seat of a police vehicle and he did not know the origin of that item.
It can’t be the same magazine shown in this photo which is 1. empty and 2. still on the ground when the detective searched the scene.

Well gee, it sort of depends on whether “the victim”, her boyfriend, and her FATHER, conspired to do harm to Barisone, his business and his family. Remember all the times LK mentioned “a plan”? It was HER and DADDY’S plan all along and apparently there is significant evidence to show the truth of this information. Call it whatever you want, but the truth deserves to be known…ALL of the truth. I’m sorry this doesn’t fit with your, and others’ narrative!

The picture of the gun and magazine shown yesterday, the magazine was empty. So if there was another additional full magazine it wasn’t in that photo.

The behavior of JK LK and RG will most certainly come out. As Balinkas argued it was a huge part of the narrative and it was part of opening arguments so it will be admitted. As it should be.

There were 2 mags. One emptied that had had 3 bullets that were fired and the back seat of the cop car full magazine.
It’s a mystery why the full mag wasn’t taken from MB when he got cuffed according to police.

The I seem to have missed something. Easy to do when trying to make dinner and corral kids. But the gun/magazine in the picture was empty.

Did I hear correctly that the gun safe contained revolvers and/or other hand guns? If you had your own hand gun, why would you use a borrowed gun that you might not be familiar with? Maybe to incriminate a friend, again that doesn’t make a lot of sense.
