We’ve been fed that there were 3 bullets in the gun and a full magazine. So we’ve asked why wasn’t the full clip in a gun intended to murder.
So isn’t that 2 magazines/clips?

I know we already know this, but this whole thing is just bizarre and rather sloppy.
yeah I wasn’t suggesting it wasn’t normal lol I’m just asking if anyone else thinks thats what they are too.
Wishful thinking. It is clearly not.
I was surprised by that too.
Because its not traceable. Or maybe you can’t find the ammo for that gun, or maybe that gun needs to be shot at close range, or has a bad kickback, or makes a mess of the victim. Lots of reasons for a criminal to choose from.
I sort of thought that, but just made the comment anyway
Of course you think that! Why did he chose a dinky Ruger as his “murder weapon” when he has other, more powerful, and apparently more familiar, weapons available. Do you recall several mentions in these threads that the Ruger had gone missing?
Every single court case that goes to court is like that, bar none.
And?
So…only two casings? Am I missing one?
Contents of the gun safe: Pink and black gun case on the top shelf, “dummy magazine located directly to the right”, “various different types of ammunition” (not further described) behind
lower shelf: “rifles” black and copper item: “box of 9mm rounds” two revolvers and one semiautomatic handgun to the right.
Meaning that nobody can at this point predict how the Jury will decide. Anyone who is certain at this point needs to return their crystal ball to Walmart. That goes for you, RND, or anyone else who thinks they’ve decided on guilt or innocence based on 2 years of BB posts.
Where’s the tiara?
Sadly, seems to be out on loan.
I actually got my crystal ball from Amazon.
And he grabbed a dinky Ruger instead of a more powerful weapon? Isn’t logical.
I do wonder why that gun though.
With only 3 bullets. Don’t forget that part.
I thought it was interesting that the casings didn’t appear to be close together based on the diagram. And still scratching my head over first cop who said LK had GSW on her right hand.
That actually doesn’t bother me all that much. Pistols will eject the casing with some velocity so they will travel a bit. And different handguns eject the brass in a different pattern. Once you’e learned the eject pattern of your particular handgun, you’ll know where it typically goes. Several feet is not unusual and the casings are light. With all the people milling around before the scene was secured by the evidence team the casings could have gotten kicked around a bit.
The right hand wound was interesting. Something LK has never mentioned to my recollection.
