He is trying to tell Blinkas that the argument he is trying to make is character assassination which isn’t allowed at this point…its evidence for the defense which should be brought forward at the appropriate time.

Yes, I’m on the ceiling tiles now, too. But before that it was working again for me. I think they are on a brief break before they get fired up again.
I missed the resolution of the discussion about whether the father could be in the court room in the gallery. What happened there?
They are bringing in the jury. That is why they cut the sound and are showing the ceiling.

I agree that the judge is being weird about it. Just because the prosecutor is saying that MB didn’t know about the messages until discovery doesn’t mean to me that the dad did not have a hand in the events leading up to the shooting where Bilikas is using a insanity/self defense claim.
Though it might open up a window for an appeal if the trial does not go MB’s way.
And OMG MB looks like crap. You’d think the defense would want to clean him up a bit and have him look, well, not insane at the current moment.

I think the decision was to have the father excluded from the court room while LK and RG gave their testimonies?

My understanding was that he will be allowed in the gallery for now, but likely asked to leave during testimony given by LK or RG. Taylor also said he was ‘taking it under consideration’.
