I actually find Bilinkas annoying. I’m not into his presentation and misproununciations. Not saying he’s “wrong” or a bad lawyer…just not my flavour. Which is fine. No time to watch, but will check in occasionally…to hear plenty of biased CoTH posters reporting

Can you give me a good reason for why if LK had a recording of the conversation where MB was given this gun days before the shooting that she failed to bring it up to the police……since she was in so much fear…

MB was definitely riled up by the presence of CPS. An abusive childhood could have led to him being triggered by their appearance, but it’s equally possible that the effects of that abuse turned him into a man of questionable or objectionable behavior, not necessarily one who was dangerous to children in any way or someone who was involved in any sexual deviance, but one who was removed enough from what would be considered healthy and functional mental processes. Enough so as to not want the negative feelings of being under a microscope and seen - in the eyes of others - as being broken and worthless, despite whatever hard work he had put in to get past his suffering and build “a good life”.
