LK apparently threatened KM with a libel suit over KMs repeated statements that LK had posted on FB that she (LK) owned a Ruger, the type of gun used in the shooting. The allegation was made at a time that it was not known who owned the Ruger

The problem in this whole mess, in most messes like this is… When you don’t acknowledge the [edit] things someone does/has done, but instead contort your position to make it acceptable, your entire position loses credibility.

Besides the judge’s description of the danger MB presented to himself, LK, RG, the community, and the justice system; the judge also makes clear tenancy has been established and LK and RG were not squatters, there was a privately negotiated time to move out, but MB did not want to wait for that, and that LK was on the phone with her lawyer when the shooting occurred.

Ah, got it. Thanks for posting this video in which Schellhorn said the shooting happened in February, that poor RG was still caring for the horses, and MB was represented by an incompetent “attorney”. So in your mind it should have been case closed, and lock Barisone up forever after this appearance?

Please, for the folks still reading this thread, what is your goal? You are obsessively posting about a gun and trying to provoke other users and now dredging up old videos. A lot has come to light and changed since that appearance. I’m positive we will all learn in the coming weeks many things we, on this forum, have not been privy to.

You are welcome! Some things that came to light-RC brought her Ruger from North Carolina and gave it to MB and it was used to shoot LK twice. Also, the original FB post appeared about the Walthers.

I’m sorry, but no one is forced to threaten, because another person is posting something they think is wrong on SM.
People disagree with me on SM all. The. Time.
I’ve never felt the need to threaten legal action over it.
