The goal was to provoke me into saying whether I was part of the group Barisone authorized to share the letter with or did I beg someone somewhere to see it.

No, it wasn’t. I already know you were not part of any group whatsoever authorized to share it. I could be wrong about you banging on doors & perhaps, someone showed you bc they knew you were wrong about the letter “not existing,” & there was a chance I could post it and make you look very foolish. In either case, you were 1000% not part of the close circle meant to receive it. Just as my receiving the letter was undeniable evidence that MB doesn’t have the loyalty of many he believed he did, your receiving the letter is equal proof that certain parties (again, as I have always maintained) are using you to push a narrative. Let’s get into why you would be first candidate as “the pawn.” To do that, we must go back in time and ask the same question that party asked themself/selves. “Who had the biggest vendetta and the thinnest skin? Who is best known for spreading rumors and pitting people against each other…. for FUN?” (It is curious that they and I had the same exact person/farm in mind, “isn’t it?”)

A quick aside: @trubandloki - if u believe anyone is “rushing to post things, consider this: I could have posted this and every SC at any time, since these threads began. I waited patiently, until now. While many of you were so busy posting lies about me, perhaps I got busy learning the truth about many of you. And, I didn’t even have to leave Coth to do it. So…….Back on track. Once upon a time there was once a farm in which I refused to board my horses. That would’ve been enough of a perceived sleight for Karen’s (named below in actual Coth post) mommy (person who is EGGBUTT) to begin a smear campaign, little did I know. But, it did not end there, “did it?” The “hits just kept on comin’” and each time, mommy RLF just could not comprehend I was NOT seeking a “trainer,” for beginners! Nor, an “indoor,” arena made of tent. That’s business. Not personal. Get that through your head- the sooner the better. That said, Let’s simply start there.

I guess Cutter will have to change her “stats,” re how many ID’s I have been “wrong” (1 million% correct) about……. SHE claimed I am 0/2. I have a very different number in mind. Until then, let’s take a good look at what the meaning of true pettiness, leading to lifetime personal vendettas in the horse world REALLY means. And, the difference between those who find pleasure (out of boredom, spite & insecurity) in badmouthing others while hoping for a prize in doing such & those who legitimately try/tried to protect others from predators in the horse world. Don’t worry- I will make all of these things crystal clear - in the order they happened. To do that, we must establish a “who’s who,” FIRST. One which cannot be denied. Consider this “Season 1, Episode 1 “The Smell of Green in Podunk.”

Wow! You are absolutely obsessed with me and my family. Keep on with your obsession Lauren. What lies you have to dream up to help you sleep at night is okay with me. If you need more background on me prior to 2004 I’ll be glad to share my high school year book, Bitter Blood, family diaries, whatever you need. I’m sorry but I stopped reading your rambling rant as soon as you mentioned that letter. Dang, that letter is really stuck in your craw isn’t it? I realize your goal with the constant poking about that letter is to learn just how close I am to any of the players of this horrible drama. Sorry, can’t help you there.

As far as my daughter goes, she is quite successful both publicly and privately, with a great husband, daughter, reputation, and contributions to society. These are things that will always be foreign to you, which is very sad. You always go after women who have lives you envy. Click them off in your head. Envy is the motivator that drives your behavior. If you put as much effort into your own achievements as you do trying to tear others down, you might finally be successful at something positive.

She could be saying she heard the recordings. It’s very inarticulate and muddled, as posts on FB often are.

I am upgrading from my 5 lb salt block to: that’s a meaningless post; impossible to know whether she is trying to say she did or didn’t hear the recordings.

The police will have taken all the digital evidence- the hard drive on the audio recorder, the cell phones and laptops (seems likely that LK may have audio or video taken on her cell phone), and gotten access to the video recordings from the house on the cloud (if any).

How do you imagine this Shelley person would have gotten access to any recordings of any type?

Isn’t it a risk for the prosecution to introduce video/audio evidence that was illegally obtained?
Is such evidence even admissible?

Do the victims run the risk of being charged, if it is proved that the video/audio was illegal?

   You really are well matched with the self proclaimed sage of the courtroom. Perhaps others have a different reaction to that type of puffery, but to me it has an effect opposite to what you probably intended.
