First post of yours that resonated with me. I’m so sorry your family went through that. Depression is a terrible thing. Unless someone has experienced it, either personally or through a close family member, they can’t really understand the devastation it causes. Peace to you.

The problem with that…the Goldman family didn’t plot to ruin OJ first. Bilinkas wasn’t making it up that they had a lot of emails and texts about a plot. We saw enough of them to get the picture that it was just the tip of the iceberg…

LK would have to be really crazy to keep pushing forward for a civil trial now. I think the PI report, social media, drug use, and all sorts of other stuff would be admissible here right?
I could totally see a jury awarding counter damages, on top of how badly it would further damage the reputation of the family.

No, but she was asked if MB fired a 3rd shot and the jury obviously believed her response to be a lie. Does that mean they thought she was a liar? Well, yes. Yes it does.

It’s certainly true that MB is countersuing LK
for her actions. I think SGF is also suing (cross suing) MB and RC.

Yes, MB is part of SGF, yet SGF is suing MB.
LK is suing MB, SGF, and RC. I would not be surprised if the insurance company that provides liability coverage for SGF will attempt to settle with LK, now that the criminal case has resulted in the finding of fact that MB did shoot LK, almost killing her.
If SGF settles with LK, I agree that’s it’s likely that SGF would drop its suit against MB.
