So, now that I’ve walked and fed the dogs, made some coffee and had some breakfast, it occurred to me, I wonder what Judge T and the Morris County Prosecutor thought about coming in this morning to random emails about random people sending cards to Mr B to take to his client? And something about random hate speech on a BB? Did they just move those emails to junk/spam/trash?

I’ll bet it just helped to confirm their opinions that horse people are crazy. Not that they probably had much doubt by this point.

According to sworn testimony at the trial, it was SS that contacted CPS concerning “neglect” of the children by MHG.

Both LK and MB contacted SS. It seems likely that from the picture created by both reports, SS concluded the children were in danger.

LK repeatedly said on the forum that she did not accuse MB of sexual abuse or child abuse of any kind. Yet hundreds of times posters here kept stating that “the final straw” was her false claim of child sexual abuse phoned in by LK to CPS.

Barisone didn’t testify. If I recall correctly, the question that was put to LK was: did you, your father, and Robert Goodwin, have a plot to destroy (or ruin or something along those lines) Michael Barisone?

And the response was yes.
I am sure someone will correct me if I am mistaken.

You’re right Barisone did not testify.

I don’t remember her saying “yes” to a direct question on whether they had a plot to destroy Barisone.

Bilinkas definitely tried to imply such a plot.

He is done with it now, isn’t he? He lost the case, so his part is over, I think.

Other than the random emails from crazy strangers, and the permanent mark on his record for losing the first insanity case in 40 years that most people can remember.

I might feel a little more sympathetic towards him if he had not laughed at the teenage working student when she was on the witness stand. That was pretty darn low.

She was also the person LK testified to lying to!! RW had expressed concern for her (LK’s) safety based on LK’s posts and LK lied to her saying she had all sorts of things in place, when in fact she was the one attacking all along. RW is simply another one duped by LK and her games.

It truly helps to ignore these folks. Just like Rosie-the-dog, once they latch on to something that gets a rise from others, they continue on with it ad nauseum, perhaps for attention or because they have nothing else to say. Grasping at straws to defend, deny and deflect from LK and her behavior and involvement of others in her schemes, is their project of the day/week/month.

It’s like a game of YD bingo.

I am not sure why some posters try to emulate the old YD style of constantly beating people over the head with the same points… over and over again. It never works … and people tire of it.

This food tangent is what happens when threads get heated - and is a good thing. A chance to step back… breathe… and appreciate other things for a while. Next: puppy pictures. Or that is how threads went on the unmoderated forum I was part of for a few years!

I think that if LK pushes ahead with her next “bombshell”, that civil case will reveal far more than she may think will be brought out into the glaring light of day…
