There was at least one day when he came back into the courtroom after conferring with the lawyers and his complexion was beet red. I can only imagine what had happened behind closed doors. It was really noticeable.

Maybe the judge and Mr. S could get together and do an impression of the Bohemian Rhapsody number in the car in Wayne’s World.

LK repeatedly said on the forum that she did not accuse MB of sexual abuse or child abuse of any kind.

ONCE AGAIN, let’s review.

Is this the same LK who swore under oath on the witness stand in front of God and everybody that she lies all the time on social media?

Yes or no?

She said she sometimes lies on social media. She did not say everything she says on SM is a lie.

So if you “lies all the time” means every statement she writes on SM is a lie, no she never said that.

But I’m not talking about lies about LK. The oft repeated mantra that LK provoked the shooting by calling CPS and accusing MB of sexual abuse of MHGs children was a lie.

Tap dancing aside… why did CPS show up so quickly that morning? What were they responding to? Why did MHG make a point of emphasizing on FB that MB was always very good to/with her kids? I do not think that anyone can categorically state anything factual about what LK may or may not have said… or threatened… as part of the FTB campaign. I am not sure that LK can even do that.

The repeated COTH accusation against LK was that she called CPS directly to falsely accuse MB of sexual abuse of the children.

The CPS worker testified under oath that her visit was prompted by a report from SS, not LK, and the issue was not sexual abuse by MB but “neglect” by MHG. Neglect in quotes because I’m not sure exactly what that encompasses, but it’s not sexual abuse.

And the sworn testimony of the CPS worker doesn’t change your mind on the accusation that LK called CPS accusing MB of sexual abuse? I’m not surprised.

BTW, I think that might have been the bombshell.

There have been a few who have said they haven’t ever seen anyone ok with violence. Besides ones the moderators removed, there was this one that you seemed to endorse. Now you seem to question whether or not @SillyHorse meant it as a direct threat. Ask @SillyHorse.

I find it to be very unbecoming, unhinged, hostile, and threatening, when someone on a public social medium forum advocates violence to settle civil issues.

I’ve been meaning to ask this. Who with SGF agreed they owed RG money? Was it a verbal conversation, by email, by text? And did that party tell RG directly, or LK, or some intermediary such as JK? Or did they have their attorney pass on that information?

Where did I even say that LK called to accuse anyone of sexual abuse?? Kindly stop with the tiresome game of assigning words or opinions to people that were never said or expressed. I was speculating on all the questions surrounding CPS showing up that day - and nothing more. Thus there is no reason for you to “not be surprised”.

I also pointed out that LK has often contradicted herself with her tales, deleted, edited… and thus even she may not be able to discern what she actually did say vs. what she claimed to have said at some points.

can’t speak for MB, but there are people who don’t want to send a horse off to a rescue to face a more-than-likely bad end. My trainer, who just scrapes by, keeps every retired, not necessarily due to advanced age, horse until its last breath.
