No one said anyone with the initials LW trained anything! LW is a young woman who groomed LK’s elder gelding, Ollie, at a large boarding facility in NC. Her name and this facility are not important to anything. I’m not sure why it was posted to begin with but truly, it is not relevant.

Not Lisa Wilcox. She’s a young woman with zero affiliation to any of this aside from she was paid to ride one of LK’s horses. They didn’t even really interact.
The farm itself declines to speak about LK at all, her only contact with them in years is collecting money for Ollie’s board. The farm owner allegedly received threats from JK about a year before the shooting so I’d rather not send any attention their way.

I still maintain, the criminal history from ‘98 throughout the early aughts, does not jive with the notion that there was any sort of trust fund. Whatever jewelry was stolen was almost certainly pawned for a fraction of its value, for drug money. I don’t think Kirby was dripping in diamonds back in 2003. It seems like she was still working full time then, and both parents were putting LKs younger sisters through college.

The parents might have made careful and smart retirement investments, such that they could afford to crack, upon reaching age 65. And maybe they wanted to try and support LK some then. Buy her a nice horse or two or three. Even the house in Florida.

But I don’t buy into the theory there was a lot of other wealth that was invisible. Or wealth that could have funded the principle assets of a massive trust. The family home that the parents are still living in (that’s what all indications point to) has a street view image that can be seen online. It’s appreciated remarkably since they bought it in 93, according to public records. It’s in a GREAT location for commuting into NYC. But… it is still, fundamentally, a relatively modest single family home in a NJ bedroom community. Built in 1957. Around 3000 square feet.

I’m not going to mention addresses or link pictures. Curious people can easily find it.

If they really are multi-millionaires due to brilliant investments, with the sort of disposable income that funds multigenerational trusts, and supports their daughter’s dressage dreams and 6 horses in full board… it seems really weird they haven’t sold their Livingston home, and upgraded just a little bit.

It’s easily conceivable that a family with the lead earner holding an excellent professional job in the financial sector could amass $10 million by their sixties.

Here’s the recipe:
Lead earner is successful (top 20% of the cohort in earnings) along the career trajectory.
Like a lot of people attracted to the financial sector, have a mindset of augmenting your wage income through capital accumulation. Therefore, choose to live well below your means, in order to save a good portion of your after tax wage income. Invest the income you’ve saved in equities and real estate, not savings accounts, CDs, or Treasury bonds. You don’t need to have the acumen or luck to pick Apple and Google early on. Just invest in equities and real estate and don’t sell in a panic in a downturn.
Get married and don’t get divorced.
After 40 years of this program, many couples will have wealth portfolios in the $5 - 10 million range.

Lots of people remain in their long time family home, out of inertia if nothing else, even if they could afford a larger, newer, fancier house.

How is the amount of their wealth and their decision to fund trusts for their children (or not) any of your business? Are you trying to claim or suggest that their financial resources could not have come entirely from wages and investments, and therefore must have come from suing people, or from even more nefarious activities?

Very true. I was at a professional society luncheon several years ago. Seated at my table was a local professional business owner who was selling out to a major firm and retiring. Another member approached and asked him how he could afford to retire so young. The guy asking had been a bit of a rascal. The man at my table said “one wife, one house, one job.” It was a really good moment.

I suggested NOTHING but positive potential sources for the family’s wealth. I described them as clearly educated and professional.

The point of ALL of my posts is that I believe the narrative that permeates these threads that LK is living off a trust fund seems inaccurate to me.

I’ve said repeatedly that I have no idea where the money that is funding her 6 dressage horses in full board in Florida is coming from. But obviously it’s coming from somewhere.

LK herself has spoken repeatedly about being super wealthy and having unlimited means on social media.

And, lastly, I think you owe me an apology for allegations of cyberstalking. I’ve threatened no one, and done nothing but express curiosity, and examine public information. There is absolutely ZERO in any of my posts concerning libel or slander.

S/he did admit to flagging a lot - or is that just my posts? I believe it’s also now known as ‘running to mommy’ and also ‘telling’.

Funny, I’ve never been contacted about any of this flagging, so it must not have gotten the result CH wished for. I have had a couple things simply edited out by the mods. FFS once, oh, and another word for donkey or mule.

So, you may not even be aware if you were flagged. Also, flagging seems not to be terribly effective. RND was flagged and did absolutely nothing in response (accept mock and demand the flagger out themselves) and nothing further was done. So, I’m not sure why that group of folks is so flag happy. It doesn’t seem to result in much of anything from what I can see.
