I don’t know her or know much of anything about her. But I was impressed with the grace she showed on the witness stand, and especially by her choice to take the high road under the circumstances.
Best of luck to her this weekend and in the future.

I’m curious what Judge T would think of the civil attorney dragging the jury the way he did on Court TV. That was so bad even CourtTV experts have questioned whether or not the NJ Bar will censure him.
I know Judge T has no authority to do anything about it. Just curious what he thinks.

If Judge Taylor sees the video he could certainly report it to the ethics committee.
It says something that even though MHG and MB are no longer in a relationship, she is still supportive of him … rather than saying absolutely disgusting, vulgar things about him/whoever he is involved with.
At the very least, maybe people don’t need to post screenshots of her comments here. The mods banned LK from posting here so we don’t really need to see that nonsense on the BB.
Maybe people could just post a link so that others can see them if they choose that option.
Also… just to reiterate it for people in the back who will inevitably not have their listening ears on… according to MHG in this recent public post:
“… I want you all to hear from me. Michael was absolutely amazing to my children. Incredible.”
People can think whatever they want to think about the case, all the accusations and counter accusations… but isn’t it abundantly clear that LK used a false SafeSport complaint as a way to harass and hurt MHG and MB? And doing this… it directly involved MHGs children, and could have had SERIOUS repercussions with respect to their emotional well being.
This is such crazy behavior. But clearly… it seems that SafeSport should draw a line in the sand that this sort of crap is NOT ok. Equestrian sports have MANY MANY mothers and daughters who are both active athletes together in the sport. Think about this nasty tactic that LK used. Another sicko could try it in the future against another mother who competes, who they have some ongoing beef with, if SafeSport doesn’t take a stand on this case, and the blatant weaponization of SafeSport that LK attempted - a cunning and cruel tactic.
Write down the user’s name that you want to ignore (there are so many similar ones, that I get confused about who I’m blocking), click on your own initial/name in the circle on the top right of the page, click on your user name at the top of that menu, click on preferences, click on “Users”, click on the “+ Add”, add the person’s name, and make sure you pick the right user, and pick the time period, all the way at the bottom of time periods is “Forever”. Click “Save” and the person is gone.
But should have put the cuffs on Lauren where they belong. Still, the KEYWORDS here are NOT GUILTY…whether it be due to insanity or not. I hope your daughter Lauren, and your husband have learned a valuable lesson here, that EVIL does NOT prevail! God does NOT like UGLY, hun…your daughter did not “destroy the bastard”, he destroyed HER!..big time boomerang.
The speculation on the real life identity of IM certainly has “crossed the line” of occurring repeatedly. Apparently the mods permit it.
I’m honestly not clear on whether speculating on an alter (not RL) identity is permitted or not. You seem not up take a position either way, so I’ll continue to be unclear.
I believe no one has made references to “MB fan girls” in months. I certainly haven’t.
I have not justified LKs behavior, on SM or her actions in August 2019. I’ve pointed out that what MB did, and didn’t do, contributed greatly to mess.
Who or what is IM, if I may ask?
Also, wouldn’t it be interesting if MB gets a hypnotist to unlock his memory and he discovers that the event was very different from how it’s been told?
This question keeps coming up. I’m tempted to edit the original post to include it at the top of the thread.
IM is used to refer to Inigo Montoya, a person who has posted on the LK threads, and only on the LK threads, in the last couple of years. This person has claimed to “know everything” about the case due to having inside sources of information. To the casual observer, it seemed as if IM’s views mostly parroted LK.
That has led others to speculate on whether IM was somehow connected to the case in real life.
If you do a search on the previous thread, there was a post after the verdict that was very typical for him.
I believe he had always very confidently predicted that MB would be found guilty on all charges, so it turned out he did not “know everything” after all.
I didnt even know there was LK threads just this one. BTW, do you know if there is a copy online anywhere of the posts LK wrote. I heard there were thousands! I haven’t seen any of them and was curious. I just heard what was read in court but heard it was much worse in reality.
One positive thing I learned from this trial: three weeks ago I couldn’t have named a single rider in dressage, or eventing. I watched events if I stumbled across them, and I never missed a single second of the big ones, but now there’s a few people I’ll be interested in watching compete.
Given his obvious emotional involvement with this trial, I suspect Mr Blinkas wouldn’t mind collecting and distributing cards of support if you think the Ann Klein Center won’t do so.
Most assuredly now called “Super Lawyer”.

DH has tried to ruin the careers of numerous dressage pros. Luckily she had little actual influence in the world of dressage and has been completely unsuccessful on that front.
She also allegedly tried to break up a friend’s (possibly ex boyfriend?) marriage by reporting his wife to immigration and claiming it was a fake marriage just to get the wife a green card. Apparently for no reason other than her instance jealousy that the guy fell in love and married someone else. Hopefully she was unsuccessful there too.
