They may have believed that she was seriously riding horses as part of recovery, not just dabbling in an active addict dazed way and going street addict toxic when that became apparent to those in her horse life.

You may be on to something. Surely her parents would seek mental help for her? It must be awful, to have your mind constantly churning, churning churning. Not to mention lonely. Get her some professional psychiatric and addiction help for God’s sake. She has the second half of her life left yet to live. I cannot imagine how exhausting it would be to live like this. At some posh rehab clinics, families are included in the healing process.

In her testimony on the witness stand, LK did answer “yes” when the prosecution ask her if she was seeing a psychiatrist and an addiction specialist. Just a FYI—who knows if it was the truth.
I’m pretty sure the question was “seeing” not “under the care of”, but I’m not going back to verify that.

Lots of addicts lie and scam their way through counselling because they don’t want to change. I assume there has to be some kind of doctor signed onto the Suboxone prescription. I see no evidence that LK is working on her addiction and a lot of evidence as stated above that she isn’t. Including the periodic posting cycles.

BTW does anyone know why she is banned from the family home? It seems out of character that her parents would set a real boundary.

Would an insurance company refuse to continue insurance after ac theft/burglary if the main suspect or known culprit was allowed continued access to the house?

Could it be a restraining order by a neighbor? Or could it be that one of her crime charges was resolved with a boundary ban? We will stay charges on te condition you stay out of a given neighborhood or county. Really common for street people and drug addicts. Perhaps the father is legally implicated if he abets her in breaking the ban. Are these things that are searchable? Or do we need to wait for the civil trial to reveal all?

Observations suggests LK’s family is happy to have her at a distance in Florida. Very much like the Edmonton family of SW of Dressage Hub. Stay in Florida on family money, be toxic on SM, just stay out of our general region.

These last pages are about the civil case. If LK can be seen as not the primary factor in MBs breakdown, then her liability in his loss of income becomes less. I see it as trying to minimize their contributions to damages. But, I am not a lawyer and am naturally suspicious.

I don’t know what the agenda of these persistent posters is.

Someone could just be bored and invested in an online wrangle where they can mince words, be contrary, and spin hypotheticals.

Someone could also be a researcher for LK, either volunteer or part of a legal team. They could be impersonating a troll to see if they can aggravate anyone into spreading gossip in defense of the various players, that could be turned against them.

Except I don’t see a legal mind here or even a legal adjacent mind. I see a “legalistic” mind in the negative sense meaning splitting hairs and trying to score points in a neener-neener grade school way. And no concept of respecting truth. I don’t think even the slickest private investigator could sustain that level of contraryness. I expect the are more likely just quietly monitoring.

I think that if MB gave up his marriage and his business partner and half his financial assets to pursue his relationship with MHG, and the new relationship was not going well, and he was under stress trying to run the business, and under financial strain, that the constellation of emotional and financial stress contributed significantly to his mental breakdown.

LK is far from blameless. But to claim that MB, MHG, and RC did not have major roles and responsibility in creating the situation that led MB to have a mental breakdown is nuts.

You have previously stated that MB did lots of terrible, horrible things to LK but have yet to name any of them. The only thing you came up with was the fact he eventually decided to do a background check in her. Very reasonable, in light of how she was behaving.

What did MB do that was in any way equivalent to LK’s campaign to ruin him?

On the civil case under the defendants, UTORS of Morris County Prosecutor is listed. Does that mean the Prosecutor’s office is being sued or am I missreading that.
Anyone with legal expertise who can look at it, your thoughts would be appreciated.

To me, the main use of a written contract is not that you can pull it out and use it in court, but that it forces both parties to be clear on what each expects and is promising.

No, the contracts specify exactly what the obligations of both parties are in regards to the other and what remedies are available to each party in the event the other does not perform.

You can set expectations all you want any way you want and whatever the contract says is what goes.

Expectations and understanding are worthless when one party is determined to disregard or misinterpret them.

SGF had asked the court to compel Morris County to give them all the social media postings that LK authored, that had been disclosed to MB. That order was granted 06/11/2021. I am pretty sure that’s all of their involvement unless SGF goes back for more discovery from them now that the criminal trial is over.
