Made up people example of what I think I just read - Barbie and Lulu don’t get along because Lulu is jealous of Barbie and all that Barbie has. Lulu can not stand not being the center of all things and Barbie is working hard to move forward all while Lulu just expects things with out working hard. Lulu plots to ruin the lives of Barbie and Ken because that is how Lulu does things. Lulu’s plot backfires on Lulu and Lulu gets injured. Lulu’s injuries are all Barbie’s fault because she dared to have what Lulu wanted and that is what caused Lulu to plot and scheme.
Oh, and it is OK for Lulu to report Ken to The Important People but the fact that Barbie reported Lulu’s history of plotting against others that is well documented on social media to The Important People makes Barbie even more horrible, because it is only OK for Lulu to report people, not others.

I’m gonna go out on a limb here, and say that assuming her lawyers gave her this very good advice, do you really think she 1) heard it, and 2) thought it applied to her?

My husband is a partner at a major global firm [sadly, not blue chip ]. When I was telling him about this case and the civil case, he just shook his head.

He said, every time someone tells him they want to sue someone else, he always says the same thing: I’m not saying you shouldn’t if you really have a case, but I am telling you to think very, very carefully before you start down this road. What is going to be revealed about you cannot be undone. You must be prepared for all your skeletons to come rushing out of their closets and all your dirty laundry to hang in the breeze.

LK started her civil suit well before the criminal trial had even begun. MB’s suit against the police alone provided copious details of her personal life. And that’s as nothing compared to what’s going to come out. She has also threatened suits for years, so she must be well prepared to be in this spotlight.

That is why people are discussing it. She did so knowingly and, if not, then her top 5 global blue chip law firm lawyers aren’t worth their uber eats per diem for overtime meals. She should have gone into this fully aware that everything she could possibly imagine was coming out, would be a matter of public record, and would be discussed in connection to the case. Her father at the very least should have told her this. And, as pointed out above, she has overshared for years so she also put a lot of material out there prior to any of this.

MHG did none of those things. She was not involved in the criminal case (except as an exemplary witness) nor is she a party to any of the civil suits. She spent the last 2.5 years standing pat about the whole situation, not a single word on SM, the approach taken by all of MB’s associates. That is why ‘simply’ replacing ‘MHG’ with ‘LK and MHG’ [the smell of pants on fire must be overwhelming somewhere out there] in my post was not only nonsensical (and dishonest, manipulative, and creepy), it showed a fundamental lack of understanding about the situation each of the parties is in with respect to the various actions.

LK was being bashed on this forum while still in the hospital and in a coma, months before the civil suit was filed. To suggest that the filing of her civil suit is the reason people are discussing her dirty laundry is ridiculous. Eggbutt has said many times, honestly, that she hates LK and wants to “warn” others about her, hence it is her mission to repeat every negative allegation she can work up. Some of the allegations seem to be true, others not so much.

Despite some extremely fanciful “speculation” to the effect that LK masterminded the whole shooting, deliberately goading MB into shooting and injuring her so she could sue and “take his farm”, LK did not ask to be shot and did not ask to be the center of attention in this spectacle. Neither did MB, RC, MHG or any of them.

MHG was not involved in the criminal case, except as a witness. LK was not involved in the criminal case, except as the victim, and as a witness. The criminal case was the state of NJ vs MB.

MHG, along with LK, was involved in the interpersonal conflict that led to the shooting and the criminal case, however. That is why she is being discussed here.

In the trial, the testimony revealed a strong mutual dislike between MHG and LK. Why did MHG dislike LK? I don’t know since I wasn’t there, but possibilities are: LK was taking up MBs time and attention, MHG considered LK a rich dilettante, whatever. Why did LK dislike MHG? Possibilities are: MHG disliked her and was pressuring MB to get her kicked out, she perceived MHG looked down on her and faulted her for missing lessons, whatever.

In the interpersonal relationship between two people, it’s almost always the case that same general emotion is reflected back and forth: friendship, hate, indifference, whatever. I suppose one party could feel friendship toward the other, and have the feeling returned with indifference, but generally when it comes to strong dislike and hate, it’s a two way street. It’s not a mystery as to why LK disliked MHG; she knew she was disliked by MHG.

MBs associates have not talked about the case publicly under their own names. But I’m convinced that Eggbutt has been posting all along with inside information from at least one of Barisone’s close associates. So Barisone’s associates refrained from stooping to throwing mud, and worse, under their own names, but nevertheless got the mud thrown on a daily basis by Eggbutt and cohorts.

The hypocrisy in the continued mantra that LK is fair game for any allegation and insult, while the role of MHG may not be discussed, is breathtaking.

No one, to my knowledge, is taking any active steps to limit MHGs future in the sport. I have pointed out the obvious — that MHG participated with MB in compiling a 750+ page file on LK and sent it to USEF on the day before MB shot her. I don’t believe for a minute that the PI report or the “reaching out” to GJ, HB, and other SM enemies (EB says she was not contacted) was for information on “how other people had gotten her out.” Ridiculous. Laughable. The information gathering was for the purpose of compiling the file, and the purpose of the file was, according to a text from MB to MHG, to get LK “banned for life”.

It’s up to USEF to determine the repercussions of that file submission. It’s not up to LK, JK, or anyone else. If I were MHG, I would regret having sent it.

Nothing in your manifesto speaks as to why LK planned to ruin MHGs chances of making a team.

Maybe the only reason was that MHG recognized LK for what she is.

As for the rest it seems absurd that LKs over the top behavior here should be excused away. So what if people posted negative things while LK was in a coma! They were posting about prior bad behaviors of LK and had LK not done them they would not be posted about.

Being shot doesn’t negate prior bad behavior. In fact there’s actually a word for it: Karma.

And it’s clear LK hasn’t learned a damn thing. To me, she is a danger to society.
