Where do you get the second part from? While the NGRI verdict does mean the jury believed MB pulled the trigger, it says nothing about the circumstances of the shooting. Since alternate theories could not be presented they were not allowed to consider self defence or accidental discharge. They had to base their verdict on the evidence and testimony presented at trial. They found it credible that he pulled the trigger, period. Nothing more, nothing less. Stop making stuff up.
Honestly I think she does believe it, the same way NP truly believes he has trained horses to the FEI level. They arenāt just liars, they are also delusional
The lying is what makes them delusional. They believe the lies.
CurrentlyHorseless:Isnāt posting a link to GFM a violation of forum rules, though?
I have no idea but I am positive you will report/flag/complain/police and any other idea you have. What a sad manipulative individual you are. I had you on ignore and Mute for some time. For the life of me I have no idea why/how it was changed, but DPR has the right idea. Begone!
Edit to say I discovered how/why the mute-ignore changed. One has to select a time limit when Ignoring. I apparently didnāt set it for long enough! Fixed it!
Thanks!
Maybe yāall can help me with another question.
How does a 6ā3ā man standing on the ground, pointing a gun straight out (as demonstrated by LK on the witness stand) shoot a 5ā4ā (?) woman in the upper chest/shoulder and have one of those rounds go through the window of the door up off the porch?
What do you think the length is from an arm straight out and the top of your head? A foot, maybe? Assuming that, the gun is now 5ā3ā off the ground.
It was testified to that the porch had at least two steps. The door had a window that I would estimate is at least 4ā above the porchā¦ā¦
My high school geometry is failing me hereā¦ā¦perhaps it failed the MPD, too.
Actually shooting a 3rd round at RG.

There was no 3rd round and MB was declared NG.
Actually shooting a 3rd round at RG.
Did the investigators find a third bullet and/or its casing?

CurrentlyHorseless: Omgitsme:Thereās so much confusion about who fired that gun. I wonder if the jury went with NGRI instead of straight NG simply because someone shot LK. I donāt think itās physically possible for LK to have shot herself. I imagine with their limited knowledge of LK and RG they assumed RG wouldnāt shoot his ālovingā fiancĆ©/girlfriend. So that leaves MB.
These are my thoughts based on the lack of forensic evidence.
I remember hearing that LK had taken shots at RG in the past when he was on some sort of 4 wheeler or motorbike, though I have no idea of the veracity of that. If we consider the possibility that she had taken shots at RG, would it be a stretch that he might return the favor? Pure speculation on my part.If the jury found MB NGRI instead of NG just because someone shot LK, it was a gross miscarriage of justice. The fact that they found him NGRI instead of NG means the jury was convinced beyond a reasonable doubt that he shot her.
Thereās really no need for speculation at this point, after the jury determined him NGRI.
Thatās not at all what it means. In this case there essentially was no criminal act. This has been explained to you. Again and again.
It wasnāt criminal because the jury believed a preponderance of evidence showed he couldnāt form a criminal intent while insane. They also believed her shot her twice beyond a reasonable doubt.
There was no proof of a third round EVER by anyone other than LK.
I remember from many years ago that LK posted something about āhearingā that the gun ājammedā.
Iām guessing that was the sound of āfiringā an empty chamber . I donāt know enough about shooting to comment on that.
For quoting Burns, and for the well coined āthumbless graspā, I salute you!
I cannot take credit for that. I picked it up from some absolute legend of a wag on the Nick Peronace thread. Iāll have to go back and search to give proper credit because it is !
I Rabbie!
Haha yeh not seeing any wienie dog thereā¦
I know. Rosie is very cute but it does seem the suggested breeding that LK tossed out is not overly accurate.

Haha. Donāt get me wrong, I love my little dudes with their slinky long backs. But Rosie is not one.
Weirdly, and not in color at all, but in size, body shape and ears, she looks a lot more like my pit bull girl. Sheās a true American Pit Bull Terrier, the small, sleek athlete looking dogs. And in 11.5 years, she has never, ever bitten anyone.
Not finding the casing does not mean there was no bullet. There was considerable testimony that a bullet went through the window and 2 bullets hit LK. Soā¦

And soā¦ a NOT GUILTY verdict was decided.
Not finding the casing is no surprise from that super duper police department.

No casing was found and the jury believed MB did not try to kill RG regardless of whether or not they believed there were 2 or 3 bullets. There were two bullets that went through LK. There was a bullet that went through the window.
Edited to say through instead of in.
Maybe a bullet went through LK AND the window.
Maybe a bullet went through LK AND the window.
Maybe. It could have deflected bouncing off bone. However, it would have also slowed down so Iām doubtful.
