I think of a mediation as compromise. If neither party wants to compromise, it’s a waste of time. I know of one case where one attorney made a compromise offer, the other refused and wouldn’t even discuss it. That’s annoying and expensive

My point was directed at posters who are claiming LK “is trying to ruin MHG”. Unless they have evidence of concrete steps LK is currently taking to “attempt to ruin MHG”, it’s just a nasty, baseless smear.

IM had to walk back that they said there would be criminal consequences for MHG. The funny thing is, there is no previous post in record for which to make that statement from. In order to have to walk it back, IM had to have said something very strong about MHG and her consequences. So, either IM deleted the comment that so many of us remember seeing (hmm…seems familiar) or IM said it as someone else……(who may have also deleted such comments)

IM only said that when all the facts were out and tapes etc that MHG would look very bad. So far, nothing has happened to do that. He never said anyone was planning on ruining MHG. He said her actions reflected badly. Nothing has come out to show that.

Now plotting to get someone to leave a premise and talking about “getting rid of her” or other statements could sound very innocent and may have been meant innocently but after being shot, could appear very sinister. I don’t blame LK or anyone affiliated with LK to see comments in the worst light.

Dang, raise your hand if you wouldn’t want this woman off your property! Let’s wait for the two to raise, shall we?

Yes, it is “dang” hard to imagine why he didn’t serve the demand to vacate prior to August 6, 2019. If he had served it in, oh, I don’t know, May 2019, he’d probably have just returned from Florida to New Jersey about now.
