It occurs to me that maybe everyone shouldn’t be so angry and reactionary at LK’s lies. I think she actually 100% believes what she posts. It’s why she gets so defensive when someone calls her out. That fries her brain (remember Vger?). She can’t stop posting and she can’t stop telling her fairy tales because her disorder or whatever you want to call it won’t allow her to stop. She believes everything she’s made up in her head. I’m also guessing that she was born that way and the drug use is a poor attempt to self-medicate. I do feel sorry for her. Also, these types of disorders are often hereditary. I think that explains a lot about some other posters. I also think it’s why she seemed so gleeful about admitting on the witness stand that she intended to “finish the bastard.” She believes that is perfectly OK. This being mental health awareness month, just thought I’d throw in this little PSA.

I do not believe that if LK struggles with some type of mental illness, it makes her unaware of her actions. I think she is very aware of her actions. I think outside of the extraordinary circumstances of the trial, she usually profits from her actions.

Very good point. And yes, although many of those folks are “born that way,” others have suffered extreme neglect or abuse at a very young age that triggers or exacerbates the onset of a plethora of psychological disorders. And although the person may seek refuge in alcohol or drugs, they are really only feeding the darkness within them.

It’s clear to me MHG is a victim in this fiasco as well. I can’t imagine was this has all been like for her. As a mother with her children being dredged into this… To know that there are people out there who are clearly obsessed with you… the fact that few restless people continue trying to soil her reputation… She has been a victim to a seemingly endless tirade against her. I feel for her.

Also, in my opinion contact orders aren’t just handed out. A judge would have to be convinced with evidence in order to issue one out.

MHG/MB filed the 750 page complaint against LK on August 6, 2019, and MB dearly killed her the next day.

Presumably MHG did not know MB would shoot LK the day after she mailed the huge file to USEF. By tiling the complaint against LK, MHG may have created a situation in which USEF will learn what she said on the audio recordings. If it puts her in a bad light, that would be the basis of regret.

Presumably MHG KNOWS what she has said and is not worried about moving forward because she knows what was said in the context it was said in.

Clearly the whole world is not going to tip toe around about the ever mentioned audio recordings that were not important (or legal) enough to mention at the criminal trial.

My point was that when she filed the original report, she had no way of knowing that a huge spotlight would eventually shine on what happened before the shooting.

I can imagine that audio recordings would be problematic, if not inadmissible, in a criminal trial, but fair game in a confidential USEF investigation.

If MHG is not worried about what she said, then she can rest easy.

My mother had to issue a no contact order on another family member many years ago. My mother’s lawyer advised it and acted on her behalf to help arrange it. My mother provided evidence. The order is issued by a judge.

I don’t think she is “unaware” of her actions, but I do think she is incapable of understanding the difference between real reality and virtual reality. She thinks that the universe revolves around her and that she is justified in doing or saying whatever to achieve her goals. It matters not one whit to her if others are harmed by her actions, because in her mind, they are all just characters in a video game, to be “offed” as she sees fit.
