I’ve got my time cut out for me tonight snatching a few naps. Between watching Chloe, who I have become fond of by now, and watching live streaming video of my daughter in England in a competition, I’m going to do a lot of clicking. They are 8 hours ahead of here, so she actually starts at midnight for me.
Wow what kind of competion is your daughter in? (horsey type or otherwise?) That is pretty cool! Good luck to her!
And I end up doing the same thing… I go to my room (and watch the monitors in there and cat nap then come to the computer occasionally) makes for a long night!!!

The maiden has been up and down most of the night though. As soon as I have my coffee (i’m really dragging today y’all will have to excuse me) I’m going to go out and check on them. I may leave them in after I clean stalls and swap to the maiden until we can get the reciever thingy fixed and have two cams running at same time.
I almost took a snapshot though of Chloe, there was one point where she was lying down and was soooooo cute she looked like a big pony/dog sleeping. LOL
I cannot believe this. Why does this mare hate us all so much?

Here is my theory. THis is quite possibly the SWEETEST MARE ON EARTH. She just does not have a mean or spooky bone in her body. Coming back from your place she SLEPT on the trailer… well you know how she is. She does not get excited, does not get spooky, does not kick, bite, nothing. She just is… So this is the only way she can “get” us. :lol::lol::lol::lol:
Notice the belly though (over Lake Erie LOL) she has a girth that is pretty distinct now… And lord can the mare pee anymore???
I woke up at 3:53 am last night. I thought for sure that that was a sign of significance! So I hopped to the computer and, nope. I was wrong.
So then another S name came to mind – Slow Poke.

LOL - that would have been one ugly foal! LOL (and the chances of her having a chestnut are very minute, to impossible - her sire and the foal’s sire were both black and her dam I think was a bay).
Is the cam off? I can’t connect for some reason. Her Highness is probably outside anyways:winkgrin:
Ooops, should have mentioned that… sorry. Yes, her higness is outside. I litteraly DRAGGED her rear end out of the stall and out into the beautiful sunshine/warm weather (you would think that going out was the worst torture for her!). while she is out, the cam is down.
I should have the other cam up tonight - off to get what I need for that!
I think that girl needs a good long walk to wake that baby up.
I’ve decided that Chloe is never gonna foal. Maybe she is just waiting until I go on mare stare, so I can watch her all night long. How considerate of her 
I start mare stare next weekend…so only another week of this. LOL
… load her up in the trailer and haul her ass down a good bumpy road. I was way overdue during my first pregnancy so my husband took me out for a drive thru the countryside in our dump truck. :lol:
…my girlfriend was way overdue until she saw a bear in her back garden…
