I’m just saying the same as mbm and lauriep. Do you not agree that if the thread were all fact that it would be more useful to MHS? that if a judge had to read through 154 pgs of this he might miss a lot of facts? I guess I would have been better off just saying that I agree with mbm and Lauriep

Just an FYI - Judges don’t always read through everything - they have Clerks for that!
And anyone who is even halfway decent at research WILL read every shred of this and all related threads, make detailed notes, then look deeper into the statements that lie herein. It’s time consuming, but not that difficult.

She has and there is proof that she has defrauded many many private persons and businesses. Some of those instances even resulting in active warrants for her arrest.
The MHS who is a governing authority found the following and it resulted in the removal of at this time 4 horses. “On December 27, 2012 MHS Animal Services officers found serious neglect, injuries, unsafe and inhumane living conditions for horses living on the property.”
Those are facts let her spin the opinion any way she likes.
