was imported and owned by Al Steiert, Marianne’s father. Tony is her brother, and he did stand Abundance after Al passed away.
Al was my first riding instructor … and was friends with my parents - he came to visit while we were living overseas, went to the Hanoverian sale, and imported Abundance as a two year old I think.
I got to ride Abundance a couple of times while a teenager … way way cool horse.
