Recording or intercepting an in-person or phone conversation in New Jersey requires consent from at least one participating party.
more than one party here specifically stated the very same when who was saying they were LK posted the bragging statement that they had been making such recording.
That if done the recordings were done illegally and would be entered into court as a defense.

the fiance is probably dodging attacks from the victim’s side.
If he owned the farm, it might have been sold by now, to cover legal fees.
Just reading the related material, He supposedly made several complaints against the victim to Safe Sport as have several other people but no file was ever opened on her?
Has Safesport ever taken action against a woman?

considering the numbers of women in the field (and in most they vastly outnumber males) they seem to be underrepresented.

Women are just as predatorial as men.
At least there is some area where women have a privilege of being assumed innocent
Horse abuse should be listed, fraud.
and too many come close to endangerment of their clientele.

It is not for sexual abuse only; is also for other kinds of harassment and abuse, and as well I think anyone charged with a felony is automatically suspended.
