That is a brilliant idea with the stirrup leather! I’ve been bemoaning the fact that they make their pads with the older style of billets because they just don’t stay put that well. I feel like the d-ring billets can accommodate both mono and double flap saddles, so I don’t understand why more makers don’t follow that example. Like you, I’m hoping that the slipping will stop after a few washings.

My Monaco blue ES pad is still stuck in shipping limbo. It finally showed up in USPS tracking as just “package acknowledged” or something like that, but no movement. I contacted HypoStore a week ago and they said it seems to still be in the Netherlands so they were reaching out to the NL post. Haven’t heard anything since.

I just had something arrive from NL. It was lost for a month almost too. I think its the NL postal service. Their tracking isn’t as good internationally it seems.

Hope you all get your packages soon! In a moment of weakness I just ordered the PS Sweden suede pads and matching polos in the burnt orange and coffee. And a pair of PS Sweden breeches in coffee. What can be done when there are SALES!? SmartPak has the ruffle pad in Navy and I have a $15 gift card. It looks like the little logo is small enough to be show legal, or could be cut off easily if needed. Navy is my mare’s show color, but we already have a nice Mattes sheen pad in navy. Hopefully my stuff isn’t stuck in shipping limbo for too long and gets here before my next clinic.

I just randomly checked the tracking and there has been movement!! It is now in the US and says it wi be delivered tomorrow!

Thanks! The bonnet is comical, it’s a large and fits his head but his ears are completely swimming.

I will probably use it this weekend - I need to get the matching polos out of my trailer tack room where I stashed them.
I also think I have (gasp) too many saddle pads now and I need to start rotating them seasonally a little more. Like the orange pad in the fall, the yellow with flowers in the summer. I can’t believe my horse is about the have a seasonal wardrobe.

Not to bump an old thread unnecessarily, but for those of you who have bought from Hypostore, have you noticed their VAT seems to be messed up? @Zevida maybe a few others?
85 Euro is the VAT included MSRP, but they zero out the tax and the pad is still 85 euro. Are they really charging 21% more than anyone else, or is this jacked? I’ve sent them an email but now I’m confusing myself.
I paid 85 Euro for the pad and 24 Euro for the shipping, with 0 Euro for VAT on the invoice, for total of 109 Euro on the invoice. I was pretty desperate to get the pad as this was the only place with it in stock, so I wasn’t really price shopping.
Y’all are a terrible influence. Previously I haven’t been a huge fan of the matchy matchy trend but for whatever reason I decided I really want a light pink pad for my black and white pinto mare. I need your help! I’m not a fan of the extremely shiny satin material or extra bling. Additionally, my girl is smaller so I need a pad that isn’t going to drown her.

My other thought was maybe ordering a custom Ogilvy baby pad? Like this one but with dark brown trim and cream piping. I already have an Ogilvy pad and absolutely adore it, so I like this idea. I’m just worried the pink is a little too pink. I like the pinks on the other pads more.

Le Mieux had a BEAUTIFUL pink (rose) featured for Valentines Day. I was traveling for work and pining away for horses. Tempted to buy the whole damn set.
