If you POLITELY (and in a professional way) contacted a mod or the original poster who started this thread instead of bullying, insulting and making threats (not the best way to handle anything in life), maybe they would take your name out of the title again. And you could pretend that you defeated the non-existent hate campaign on the non-existent āhate pageā.

Hahahahaaaaa!!! Itās not a case for a defamation lawsuit if what is said is true. The first post quotes your blog hating the judges and complaining about your scores and you havenāt addressed any of the problems people brought up. Later posts also quote your blog. Your writing! COTH could sue YOU for defamation.
Youāre the cyberbully cuz the threats all come from you. Oh please make a big case out of this because you will be revealed in public and āon the recordā for how you act and why people think youāre not a ārealā trainer. And all the things you said and did in the past that was quoted on this thread.
Coth is a public bulletin board, and you sign something when you join that says theyāre not responsible for what people think/write. They also have deep pockets. And oh the people who will support COTH that you are the real cyberbully. in a court of law.

Nick, as many of us have said before, we used our real names on Facebook when asking questions or making comments and whatever FB page you had not deleted and restarted yetā¦ and were subjected to your bullying and venom. All the bilge came from you when you addressed me. All I did was ask about leg yields and side passes and you went off the deep end with vulgar language and sneers and then you blocked me. The nastiness was one-sided all right - from you.
Look at this forum, Nick - or even just at the Dressage section. Over 21,000 topics/threads and almost 500,000 posts on this so-called āhate pageā of yoursā¦ dating back many yearsā¦ and only a few threads have had anything to do with you and all but one have slipped waaaaaaay down into the old pages. This thread had dissolved into discussing turn out and braiding ideas when you sailed in.
Look at the forum in its entirety - do the math - and tell me what teeny, tiny percentage of this āhate pageā has had anything to do with youā¦ and then examine that teeny tiny percentage and find the actual āhateā that you claim is all over the place and so evil and obvious.
If you have ālots of peopleā watching this thread, the best advice they could give you is not to make threats or act like a bully and behave in a professional wayā¦

People have seen videos of you teach, videos of you riding and now your scores. Everyone can know your ātraining philosophyā. Thatās why people say you arenāt qualified.

Nick has no intention of sellling that horse. He told his parents that they needed to fork out more money per month for board, now 585, and they went ballistic. This is their retirement; this is what they were told by NIck is an investment. Every few months they tell him to sell the horse, and he doesnāt. and they lapse, and now he says good board coss 600 a month.
This is the end. They say, sell the goddam horse, we arenāt paying any more board. Nick becomes morose; he says he will sell the horse and lowers the price, but he sabotages every inquiry and the horse doesnāt sell. The parents keep paying the board on substandard care; Nick will find some more pharmaceuticals, or not, for his own manic drpression, and come out on top and keep saying he is training the 4k mare who is now worth 2k because of the damage he has done to her training her improperly, which another owner will have to retrain.
Soon, his parents will say enough is enough, we need our investment back, 4k plus all this board, and find their own horse person to try to get something back and sell the horse. Once they cotton on to the fact that Nick is sabotaging their intent to sell it.
But considering that this is their own monster they have created, from like age 6, I wonder how long Nick will be able to manipulate them into continuing to pay for board, from their retirement investment, which was supposed to bring them a profit in three months. Here we are, 14 months later, and the horse is worth less than he bought her for, and his parents donāt even know that. He keeps promising them they will get a profit. Their investment is 4k plus the cost for board for what, 14 months so far. Hmm.
Thatās the foundation of his manic/depression behaviour.

Because you said that you wonāt produce insurance = liability insurance as a professional - so you can operate on a clientās farm. Thatās why. You said you wonāt do it.
One doesnāt have to work with you to understand that, you said it yourself, you donāt have the liability insurance so you canāt come onto other peopleās property.

It never got as far as qualifications. FOr a free clinic, he asked 500 for travel expenses to go 20 miles for a clinic. Of course that ended the negotiations. WTF!!! 500 dollars to travel less than 20 miles? [edit] Heās out in left field.

A confident trainer is proud to show video of their horses for sale. Refusing to do so pretty much tells the world the trainer is either very insecure about their training or they know their fraud will be exposed.
I actually had a former training customer who is looking for a quiet mare to show and ride (Iāve been retired for several years but still keep in touch with several students) find this mare online and inquire. She asked for information and video. All she got was a short reply asking for her phone number. No pics, no show record, nothing. It made her uncomfortable. When she was telling me about horses she has been looking at, she mentioned how odd this was, as most sellersā¦especially those who seem to be in dire straits financially and desperate to sellā¦are very glad to provide information. When I asked where the horse was located and she told me, I asked her to look at the email she received, and guess who it was?
Sheās not on COTH, had never heard of Nick, but was totally put off by his lack of any real response. I simply told her to be glad she had dodged a bullet by not going any further. Meanwhile, she found a lovely mare out west and is having her vetted on Mondayā¦for double the price Nickās mare is, and a true fourth level horse.
