I think the way it works is if you fund the Personal gift through a bank account, there is no fee. But if you fund the gift through a credit card, PayPal does charge a fee, but asks you first if you’re willing to pay it.
Not sure, though, since I always fund PayPal payments with a credit card.

I have always used a bank account and I have been charged. ie. the latest payment I got was reduced by the fee and now just sits there… they won’t let me transfer less than $10 into a bank account…
Maybe I should just send it to little gray… and hope they do not charge another fee. Send me the ppal addy.

I am going to be in transit for the next hour or so, just so you know the next update will be a little ways off. I’m also still waiting for the seller to confirm what day/time we can pick the old girl up. 
In the mean time, we have got it GOING ON around here!! 
Please PM me the Paypal as well. I can’t give much, but I can give a drop in the bucket. I also have a 78" heavyweight winter blanket that I can send if she’s in good enough health that it looks like another winter will be in her future.
I hope that this old girl can have one more beautiful spring, summer, and autumn before an easy passing to the rainbow bridge on the most beautiful fall day. But if her end is destined to come sooner, I am so glad she’ll be helped on her way.

OK someone:lol:, hopefully alittlegray, has my bank transfer paypal wise. And I checked “gift” rats I think on Savoy8’s I checked “other.” Well now I’ve learned to check “gift.” Lesson learned for the next horse.
