I cannot do animal prints 
aside from the zebra fly sheet I have for riding. I mean, I’ll look at them on other people’s horses, but that’s about it.
I still have over a year to determine what my youngsters colors will be for competition. Plenty of time to ultimately end up being indecisive and come back to this thread
@Arlomine - No glitter or stripes for pads at USDF shows.
The rule is, “Saddle pads are optional and when used should be white or of conservative color. Contrast color and piping are permitted. Striped or multi-colored pads are not permitted.”

It’s so absurd because there can be glitter on the brow band, the riders helmet, some on clothes but God forbid your pad - which little shows has a shimmer.

Ok, those might’ve gotten me kicked out . Actually when I was a kid, I wanted a zebra stripe sleazy hood for my (much louder marked than the aforementioned pony) blanket App. Mom said no

My trainer has a flame print sleazy I’ve borrowed in the past for my tobiano mare, she was quite a sight to behold. Since then I got a plain black one … and a zebra print fly sheet.

Look what arrived today! I’ll try to get a good photo in use today, but it might have to wait until the weekend. I had to get the pony sized pad. The measurements looked like they’d work, so fingers crossed it fits!
Edit - no pictures tonight, we were in a rush to get home 
I’ll get some on Saturday though. It’s a little small but it should work!

Bluebell looks good on your gray! I was afraid that it had just enough purple too it that it wouldn’t work with my chestnuts.
