That is the phone number for NBC in NYC. Chris Hansen is a reporter that does a lot of the stories on Dateline, including some scammer stories. They answer their phone “NBC Universal” so I came up with something that would fit.
Now, I realize that this isn’t directly horse related, but, we can all use a whole bunch of money to take care of our heese, so, can anyone help this poor woman?

I did not read the entire thread, but if I was giving a scammer “my” mailing address, it’d be the mailing address to the GBI (Georgia Bureau of Investigations.)

I also didn’t read all of it, but I think I saw somewhere that she did give the local FBI address, not her own.
