One paddock ready for horses!

There is still no shelter in the fields. In a panic, I ordered a metal carport on October 4th. It was supposed to arrive at the store for pickup October 14th. I figured it would be something until we have time to build a shed. Well, it’s MIA. “In transit” somewhere, casualty of the current shipping crisis, nobody can give me the faintest idea when I may see it.
There are 3 remaining stalls on the property, but they are in terrible condition. Not only is the building ready to collapse, the sellers left them like this:

I opened the first stall to start mucking and the door fell off. So Mr. Texarkana is going to try to do some emergency carpentry this week to get the stalls sturdy enough for my bohemians.
The horses move next weekend, no matter what. Our lease on our farm is up to the next week.
