Well done Alexandra!!!
Love the markings on Ann Goodwinâs horse!
Is it just me or is John Kyle making a lot of mistakes with saying scores today?
What a shame for Doug!
Well, that was an unexpected crash for Doug Payne. Iâm glad the horse was able to regather himself to finish the course with some confidence.
Iâm trying to figure out what happened there. It looked like the Starr Witness started to take off and then decided against it. Good for Doug to not let it rattle him and finish on a good note.
I really like this Vermont horse!
Oskar is a lovely horse
Oskar looked pretty pleased with himself trotting up the ramp on the way out. As well he should. Great weekend for he and Alyssa!
Man these horses are all sooooo lovely
I canât help but be excited for Alyssa! 24 years old and just won the 4* at Kentucky.
hope to see the pair at the 5* next year!
She had a brilliant performance against some of the absolute best!
Oskarâs such a chill horse! Just standing there while Alyssa has the reins dropped to hold the trophy.
Oskar is lovely & came through this weekend so well. Great job to Alyssa & his team! Love it!
On the flip side Iâm a bit disappointed in some of the up & coming horse flesh not really meant for this type of 4* âshortâ - perhaps a year too early for many & just not enough âbloodâ for the jobâŠimagine if this was a Long or the 5* Long? I canât help but wonder if we are not making enough courses to suit the types of horses & riders needed for these levels at the lower levels vs âJustâ a 4* short with Jumping before XC horse like an RF Scandalous.
Well they did describe the course as a 4 1/2* so I think it really showed who was ready and who wasnât.
What happened to En Vogue?
Had a rail just barely ticked it.
What time does the 5* start? I have it down as I think 1:15 central time.
Watching the press conference and Tami Smith is SUCH a class act. Americas should be proud to have her representing their country.
