The two big hurdles we still have are surviving the transfer which we will know Monday and then the next will be the heartbeat at 30 days. That is all the same as any other pregnancy though with more or less the same risks.
SO EXCITING!!! You know he’s “our” foal now, right? LOL
Seems fitting since his dam was born on the net with all of you watching. Grow baby grow! I don’t even want to think about the next step if we get bad news on Monday because we literally put all our eggs in this basket so to speak so it would be a mad scramble to start over.
I have a good feeling about Monday. Someone/something sitting on my shoulder is telling me it will be all good (yeah, just conjecturing but just have a good feeling).
:encouragement:
Congrats on the 3rd place finish! That is amazing. So sorry about your husband’s injury. I hope all goes well with the surgery.
Your poor hubby and bikes… they just sometimes seem to attract trouble
Great job for your daughter and Juliet’s performance today. You must be a proud mom.
Hope your husband’s surgery goes well next week and they can get all the pieces parts back where they belong.
Whoot! Go Juliet… and jingling for an uncomplicated surgery and easy recovery for DH!
What beowulf said…
Whoot on the pregnancy and hope that DH’s surgery goes well and easy recovery!!!
Jingles for Bunny and Hubby! Keep us posted!
As I said many times in this thread, it’s not a good time to be adding the expense of another horse to the mix right now but I just felt like I needed something positive to look forward to as we go through all this scary stuff with my Dad’s illnesses. Not like I really needed an excuse to make a baby Jules, but that is a good one! So thankful she is holding up her part of the bargain by giving us the positive thing and not adding one more thing for me to stress over.
The news with my dad is not good so I need this little guy more than ever right now.
Was so sorry to hear about your dad. You are having such a rollercoaster ride at the moment between the little Juliet and your DH and your dad.
Hold on to the positive thoughts of the baby to help balance things out a bit such as it can be.

Yup, that baby is good news that you badly need!
hugs to you.
Jingles for your husband, hope the surgery went well and the worst is behind him.
I was sorry to read about your dad and the chemo on the other thread. Jingles to Dad, too.
Hang in there.
I am so sorry to hear about your father, it’s never an easy thing to deal with.
I read all 12 pages of this post, and I’ve followed and agreed with your stallion suggestion and am also a fan of Lordanos. PP is the apple of my eye!
where did you get Lordanos, and what quality was the semen?
I got it from Select Equine Sires or whatever SES stands for. The vet said motility was average and it definitely got the job done. I only bought one dose so am super happy so far.
{{{hugs}}} for you, your dad, and Bunny. We’re with you!
Up early this morning finishing up the prep and helping hubby stay ahead of the pain from his wrist surgery. The block wore off in the middle of the night and all hell broke loose but he is sleeping now. Really hoping they find I am not following in my Dad’s footsteps this afternoon…
As you have time, keep us posted on all that’s going on. Will be thinking of all of you this afternoon.

Colonoscopy was clear so we can go back to our regularly scheduled foal thread!
Yay on both counts!
