There was a neighbor who came from across the street (I think) who was talking to 911.

MHG’s father was walking to the house up the driveway from the barn. I think he went back to the barn when he saw the cops were there.

There was some kind of anticipation—at least by MHG—of something going badly. IIRC, she was the one who asked RC to come a week early and had her dad come up, too.

It’s frustrating that there isn’t a clear timeline. Shellhorn spent a lot of time on unnecessary details (like who were depicted in various photos) but never clearly said “x happened at this time, we know this because of phone records”. It’s always felt like it’s a detail they’ve hidden.

She was terrified…that is what was wrong!

I have no doubt she was terrified.

I don’t think she foresaw what actually happened. More likely a bunch of jumping up and down, yelling/cussing, throwing things, maybe a fist fight, destroying things in the house and the barn and calling the cops who would show up and just turn around and leave.

I believe so. I think they got that report within a few days before August 7th.

They hired the PI on July 31st and received his report either that day or the next.

I think that was intentional, he can’t lay out a timeline and make MB look like the problem.
As sympathetic as the public is after watching the trial and the 48Hours episode, imagine if they knew more…

When did MHG’s father arrive? Was he staying at the farm, or had he driven in that morning?

I was always curious about what prompted MB to go to the house. From testimony, he had not been notified that the FM had given LK permission for her and RG to return to the house, so he didn’t know they were there unless he had been tipped off. Did MHG’s father arrive that morning and see RG’s truck there? Or was it the CPS investigator who told MB that there was a truck at the house? Or had LK posted something on FB or sent MB a text to gloat that they had been given permission to return?

I want to know who the 4 phone calls LK made that day were to….she felt such a need to push that detail, it makes me think it meant something.

That’s normal the judge is just going to decide whether Deininger can amend his complaint. The others should still be decided today.

I think the amended complaint may well be related to the subpoenas. By adding the counterclaim about the “surreptitiously placed devices” and the use of the recordings in her SM posts, Deininger is providing more basis for needing the transcripts. I’ve never understood why the transcripts are really necessary given that both sides have the recordings themselves.

The original answer to the suit was filed in Feb 2020. I’m really wondering what the objections will be from the plaintiff and SGF when it’s amended 2.5 years later, including changing the position on extremely simple facts such as whether MB based his business at HH.

The proposed amended suit also brings on Bilinkas as counsel.

Re the transcripts. I can understand the desire (need?) to see KK’s transcripts, since that is what was sent to SS. If her version doesn’t match up with the actual recordings themselves (for instance, were embellished or key details were changed), then it is more evidence of a false report to SS - and more proof that the K-Klan was trying to destroy MB’s career and standing with USEF.

It had already been posted but was deleted. I don’t know if the original poster deleted it or the Mods deleted it, but suffice it to say that someone with the power to delete it felt it egregious enough to want it gone.
