I think the “missing gun” bit came about because RC was worried about her gun being taken by MB. I think she started worrying about it when she heard about MB curling up in the fetal position (testimony by MHG). I think MHG’s dad came because he was worried about MHG in regards to all parties. MHG read texts in court where she asked MB why they couldn’t just ask LK to leave because no one has. She also testified in court comments were said to LK that if LK was so unhappy why didn’t she leave. There is a difference between being advised to leave if you are miserable in a barn and being asked or gold to leave.

No. LK posted about finding a gun just laying around and how irresponsible that was with kids about.

Ah. Right. I forgot. Wonder if that was why MB took it from RC.

I doubt RG and LK could place and then remove recording devices in the office environment without someone noticing.

Tarshis testified that a conversation he had with MB in the office was repeated in some manner.
How else, except it being recorded, would that happen?

I’m guessing that Nagel will object to Deininger being allowed to amend his filing two years after the deadline.

Complaints and Answers are amended all the time. In the jurisdiction I worked in you didn’t need leave of the court to Amend an Answer or Complaint.

It had already been posted but was deleted. I don’t know if the original poster deleted it or the Mods deleted it, but suffice it to say that someone with the power to delete it felt it egregious enough to want it gone.

The tweet was posted by someone who joined Twitter April 2021. This was the only tweet they have posted to date. For some reason the tweet disappeared shortly after it appeared. I have no idea how or why it was deleted and I don’t know how flagging a tweet works, but I believe the poster removed the tweet since their profile now shows 0 tweets.

If they all match, you would be happy for each one to be evaluated.

This is what I keep thinking too. I am confused why some people are so against all the evidence being available. Why would anyone not want all the facts out there?

Based on what we have been told by KK (Seeker1), she typed a transcript from the recording(s). If a transcript is not prepared by a certified Court Reporter/transcriptionist, the transcript will not be Certified. Certification of the transcript says that no hokey stuff has been added or deleted in the transcript.

I am going to assume in other states as well, but in NC a transcript is only Certified as verbatim if the Court Reporter records/stenotypes/mask the proceeding and then produces the transcript.

KK/Seeker1 is neither a Court Reporter or Transcriptionist.

And without the transcript or the original recording who knows what she transcribed? I find it incredible that, for whatever reason, the Kanareks have refused to produce her transcript and the recording she listened to for the transcript. Sure seems there is much, much more on that recording OR her transcript was embellished. The issue is no one knows.

He submitted an amended version of the civil suit against the police changing the basis for the suit and fixing some typos while introducing others. The amended suit was filed within months in that case.

But to add a complaint and change responses to basic questions 2.5 years after the original response?

Again, for the millionth time, that is NOT what she said.

MHG asked why they couldn’t just EVICT their nightmare clients, not “ask them to leave.” Surely someone as overqualified as you understands the difference? It would be great if you could stop repeating that falsehood.

And the answer as to why they were initially trying to negotiate LK’s exit rather than force it with a legal eviction is quite clear when we see what happened as soon as they did initiate legal eviction proceedings: LK upped the ante by reporting (unfounded) concerns about child abuse and CPS shows up at the door. Coincidence? I think not.

I’ve worked in a big, top level Dressage show barn.
When we are off to a show, a skeleton crew is left behind with the few horses not showing.
The farm is a wasteland the days of a show.

A big show barn I worked at years ago was the same way… and I much preferred being the one left behind even though there was more actual work to do (minus my 2 coworkers) as opposed to dealing with show drama and anxiety. It was hard work… but peaceful.

The downside was having less eyes on site to be aware of everything that was going on.

Agreed. Even though Seeker posted here that she had transcribed everything and it was a bombshell (of course - or words to that effect… I am not going back through those threads to find the exact post).

I doubt the post still exists since the removal rate (before a thread gets archived) by certain posters is pretty darn high. No doubt someone has a screen shot, but it’s more important that the attorneys have the screen shots than we do.

In court proceedings this is done all the time. There is NO nefarious reason for doing this. It is Legal. It is ok. Nothing to get you knickers is a knot about.
