fine. That’s literally a lawyer’s job. Certainly any lawyer who didn’t do so because someone else might object to it, would not be long for the legal world.

This^^^ people hire lawyers not just because of knowledge, but because it’s not personal and clear judgement is hard when it’s your fight.

Maybe the CPS worker was telling them the nature of the complaint and guns were mentioned in the report. This alerted MB who then asked them to step out so he could check the safe for the gun. When he did he discovered it missing so he scurried to the house to search for it in order to secure it.

Just a hypothesis.

If KK intentionally falsified a transcript to give to SS, that shows a bigger “conspiracy” in terms of targeting MB. That’s relevant information.

And if certain folks STILL don’t understand why it is an issue, then they are either naturally obtuse or they are being deliberately obtuse. OR they are trying to help cover up the malfeasance of the K-Klan regarding the shooting incident and the circumstances leading up to it.

I doubt RG and LK could place and then remove recording devices in the office environment without someone noticing.

Tarshis testified that a conversation he had with MB in the office was repeated in some manner.
How else, except it being recorded, would that happen?

He certainly made it clear he thought it was recorded. I just have trouble coming up with RG and LK being that adept at placing and removing devices undetected. I don’t know them. Comments here describe them as at least two different people and I don’t mean anyone pushing back against the pure LK/RG bad and MB good.

I mean the evil, calculating masters of mental torture, electronics, surreptitious movement, etc. versus the drug using, can’t tile the floor or replace Sheetrock, can’t make it to lessons, can’t hardly get out of bed or stay awake, stoned couple. I don’t think they are either though they have shown a troubled history as depicted here with documentation. The descriptions to me are overblown. My impression of RG’s problems appear mainly to be traffic violations not violence for example.

To place and retrieve the devices implies a plan and planning and thinking ahead for consequences, etc. thinking ahead for consequences, to me, seems to be lacking in all three-LK, RG, and MB.

I’m still seeing this as a tragic downward spiral of bad decisions by all parties and tit for tat gone out of control.

You say you don’t know them. That’s fair, but some of us have had experience with them yet you reject what we say about them. I can understand it might be hard to reconcile the Equestrian Barbie version of LK that was presented on 48 Hours with the woman who sent all those vile messages to GJ, but you really do need to comprehend this is the chameleon this woman’s behavior is.

I always wondered why RC was asked to speak to CPS. I can’t think of a thing a visitor from out of state would have to say about the living conditions/abuse of the children, unless it was about her gun being on the property….

I always wondered about that too. Why ask to speak to RC unless it was regarding her gun? And if so, then CPS knew about the gun being on the property - info they could have received only from SS, who could only have known about it from LK’s complaint. And LK would have only known about it because one of her illegal recordings was of the conversation between MB and RC when the gun was turned over to MB.

I can’t remember where MB and RC were when they had that conversation. Did it come out in testimony during the criminal trial? Were they in the office, or the clubhouse? Or somewhere in the barn?

I can’t remember where MB and RC were when they had that conversation. Did it come out in testimony during the criminal trial? Were they in the office, or the clubhouse? Or somewhere in the barn?

I recall, MB asked where it was, and/or to see it, she said it was in her car, he had just talked to night watch/hay man who warned about potential for tampering with vehicles… And MB said to RC he’d put it in the safe.

I don’t recall they said where that happened, but in my mind it was in the parking lot. That may be just an assumption I made.
