Yes, I am beginning to wonder if that is what actually happened. MB arrives at the house and asks about the gun, LK comes out with it (likely waving it around and taunting him), ED calls about that time, Rosie manages to get out and attack MB, LK and RG try to grab Rosie but LK gets close enough to MB that he tries to get the gun away from her and it discharges while they are grappling for it. I can also imagine a scenario where Rosie knocks LK down or off balance while launching for MB - and the gun either discharges then (she shot herself when she fell), or MB went for the gun and it discharged in the scuffle.

I will never be convinced the incident went down the way two lying drug addict grifters say it did.

There actually are forensics showing this scenario did not happen. No GSR on her clothes.

If it was planned for MB to use the gun….then it certainly wasn’t “missing”. And now we also know that the 12 year old that was being “endangered” wasn’t even on the farm and LLK should have been aware of that.

Does anyone know when the 12 year old left the property to go stay with his dad? Maybe he was still there when LK made that post, which would narrow down the date of it.

I will say that if I had a 12 year old kid on the same property as LK/RG, I would probably be trying to keep that 12 year old far away from them, so LK may not have known the difference after the 12 year old left town.

I doubt RG and LK could place and then remove recording devices in the office environment without someone noticing.

Tarshis testified that a conversation he had with MB in the office was repeated in some manner.
How else, except it being recorded, would that happen?

He certainly made it clear he thought it was recorded. I just have trouble coming up with RG and LK being that adept at placing and removing devices undetected. I don’t know them. Comments here describe them as at least two different people and I don’t mean anyone pushing back against the pure LK/RG bad and MB good.

I mean the evil, calculating masters of mental torture, electronics, surreptitious movement, etc. versus the drug using, can’t tile the floor or replace Sheetrock, can’t make it to lessons, can’t hardly get out of bed or stay awake, stoned couple. I don’t think they are either though they have shown a troubled history as depicted here with documentation. The descriptions to me are overblown. My impression of RG’s problems appear mainly to be traffic violations not violence for example.

To place and retrieve the devices implies a plan and planning and thinking ahead for consequences, etc. thinking ahead for consequences, to me, seems to be lacking in all three-LK, RG, and MB.

I’m still seeing this as a tragic downward spiral of bad decisions by all parties and tit for tat gone out of control.

So what terrible thing did MB do to LK prior to LK getting shot?

I’m going to ask again. @hut-ho78 what did MB do to LK that was so bad prior to LK getting shot? What bad thing did MB do BEFORE the shooting?

Do you remember the detailed timeline ekat did? Do you remember I did one too only it included what MB and MHG were doing and saying as well? It’s all been repeated several times which people don’t seem to appreciate. Does it need to be again?

Good point. Amazing that the Keystone Kops even tested her clothing for GSR. I wonder why they thought that was important, when it apparently didn’t cross their minds to test her hands or MB or RG for GSR.

Still, I will bet dollars to donuts LK/RG/Rosie instigated the attack - either individually or in concert. I guess the real bombshell was that LK ended up getting shot - wonder if that was in her master plan?

MB said on 48 Hours that he and MHG became concerned for the child’s safety due to the deteriorating situation at the barn, so they sent him stay with his father.
