False CPS reports are OK as long as you have not shot anyone.
Following someone around a store, videoing them while making snarky comments is OK because no one was shot. (Totally ignoring the shooting AT someone part with that person.)
Making evil malicious lies publicly about someone who lost their child, just fine because no one was shot.
Trying to Finish the Bastard because you did not get your way is OK because they did not shoot anyone.
Being a lawyer but treating the courts as your own playground, not following the rules is just fine because no one was shot.

Clearly my moral compass is set differently than others is.

No. It was a calm legal discussion and then the normal party called for the complete destruction of the Kanarek family which was ignored except by a couple of posters. Y’all want to draw lines for sides? Then clean up your own team before you start poking at others.

I wouldn’t be surprised. It is still a mainstay in the medical profession - my neurologist can’t/won’t send test orders by email (only in person, through USPS, or by fax), and LabCorp requires orders to be faxed (won’t accept them by email).

Also, protecting one’s children is fine, but the lengths that one may go to may involve questionable morals and/or ethics.

And good God, the people that justify, downplay, or accept LK’s behavior and any evil in general must be cut from the same cloth. I can’t imagine it being any other way. A decent person would never.

But working for EF Hutton =/= being a lawyer/Wall St lawyer.

If he was in-house counsel I guess you could stretch that to being a Wall St lawyer (was EF Hutton on Wall St?).

But not just working for the in another capacity after having gone to law school. Plus, he described as IM that JK didn’t work as a practicing lawyer.

Not sure what timeframe we are referring to, but I remember when there was such a glut of newly-minted attorneys, a lot of them couldn’t get jobs as actual lawyers and instead took positions as “legal assistants” or “law clerks” or something like that, in hopes they could prove their merit and get promoted to an actual attorney position.

Are you a lawyer/have you been to law school? Considering multiple “self proclaimed” legal experts have come to the same conclusion I’m more likely to believe them than you.

Without forensic evidence no one but the three involved know what happened. Although MB suffered head injuries and doesn’t remember the event, so really only two people know exactly what happened. There’s no sense in continuing to argue what NGRI means.

It’s still a very secure means of communication. Lawyers, doctors, pharmacies, and government offices still often use fax.
