Not to go off topic, but just wanted to say that having met her and shared her story, Cactuskate remains one of the most memorable people I’ve encountered on this forum. The way this community rallied round her is one of the reasons I ultimately returned to COTH. We can have our differences, but most of us are pretty darn decent human beings.
Cactuskate was a vibrant, inspiring woman-- and a gifted rider-- until the very end. I sincerely hope that one day I cross paths with her spirit again.

When I watched the hearings, you just click on the active link under the county you want, and up pops the zoom windows for everyone involved, or a view of the courtroom. I’ve watched a few ‘court appearances’ as well - windows for Judge, secretary, lawyer, and defendant in jail. No login, just click and watch.

Lol. I would say when she did, likely the third? It takes saddle time for either of the other two options. On a good day, I would like to think I make things happen. On a bad day? I could fall into either of the other two categories. Ha!
