Ha! A Law Clerk is different than a Court Clerk. Law Clerks are lawyers. They are attorneys hoping to ride the Conga line to becoming a Judge. They act as the Judge’s assistant.
Court Clerks are in the Peace Officer title, non uniformed but can be armed in many places. Not lawyers.

Yeah, if you look up Michael barisone on the IOC page, no medals are listed under his name. So why lie about it? Olympic caliber is just as compelling if you must mention the Olympics

I can see that as being confusing, but it doesn’t excuse the attorneys for not checking on that to make sure their motions are accurate.
