MB CIVIL SUIT UPDATE #10 K’s Request to Adjourn (delay) DENIED 11/01/22

I love molasses candy but can’t do peanut butter.

Thank goodness for sponge candy and the fact that it is more easily shipped than it was when I was a kid.

How thick was that stack of papers the PI gave MB? and didn’t the PI ask if MB wanted more? Bet there’s lots of stuff in there that hasn’t been made public.

I am sad that the Wegmans store I shop at does not appear to carry sponge candy anymore.

NOOOOOO!

That is WRONG on so many levels. You think they are holding off until December?

I do not know.
Wegmans does lots of things I do not understand.
Maybe they have them at a different Wegmans? The Chai drink mix I prefer is available at a different Wegmans but not the store I shop at.

I’d ask them about it. Or just go buy it in person and browse the other candies available.

One of my favorite Easter molds was the bunny on the motorcycle and the basket on his back.

Trying to catch up - did any of the legal eagles answer this?

The first thing he did was buy a residence in Florida.,

Isn’t this the same judge that threw out MB’s lawsuit against the Morris Township Police Department?

I am absolutely convinced that their #1 motive is to force a settlement, and if that doesn’t happen, they intend to ruin MB financially, which goes hand in glove with LK’s orders to FTB. And if they can force him sell his WPB property to help settle legal fees, perhaps he will leave the WPB area and resettle elsewhere (such as Ocala). Then the K-Klan can move freely through the WPB area without worrying about the possibility of running into him somewhere and being in violation of a protection order.

Which is really quite remarkable, given that both LK and RG flat out admitted it under oath on the witness stand.

Aside from everything else we’ve seen and heard.

The report was said to be hundreds of pages, with the potential for much more information on further investigation. I want to say that there was over 700 pages in the report, but I’m just pulling that out of my memory from watching the trial, long ago.

No one here can state with any authority whatsoever that pursuing the case against LK is bad for Michael Barisone’s mental health.

It may not be your choice or good for you - that doesn’t mean it isn’t in his best interests now or in the future.

In fact, this pursuit may also benefit many others by throwing open the warehouse doors on a whole host of misdeeds. Other people may be made aware and stay away from her/them entirely. Perhaps with new evidence in hand, old cases can be reopened or pursued if the legal shot clock is restarted.

“Bullies” (I have other words in mind) do not stop when people sweep their behavior under a rug. They become emboldened.

But that is what was the underlying crux of the matter - money. LK couldn’t afford to pay the customary board and training fees for 4-5 horses, plus rent/utilities, etc. And I’m guessing the reason is that the K’s were worried about her burning through her trust fund. They sensed that MB might be vulnerable emotionally and perhaps financially (as he recovered from the divorce), and so they concocted a diabolical scheme to con him into supporting LK and all her horses (and manservant). But they overplayed their hand and things went horribly wrong. And then they were so smugly confident he would be found guilty in the criminal trial that they could easily force SGF to fall back on its liability insurance policy to offer a settlement in a civil suit. So again underestimated their opponents.

And just the fact that the Ks considered MB and company to be their “opponents” illustrates what was so messed up about the situation.

Yes, but unless I’m wrong the suit was brought for *violating Michael’s rights", not misconduct of the MCPD. So, he ruled with law as his basis I believe but defer to our legal eagles.

I believe they would follow him to the ends of the earth. She has no plans to show during this season and I hope she proves me wrong. It wouldn’t surprise me if LK never goes down the centerline again.

I wonder if GJ would be emboldened to sue, or has the SoL come and gone?

I understand that.
But I also see the harm that not being vindicated can do.
I hope MB is getting good advice from legal pros, and that they support him meeting his needs in this matter, whatever that is.

The bold portion is a tragedy that should not go unchallenged, unnoted, un-vindicated.
Can he fully get well if it isn’t remedied in some way?
I wonder.

I gave a pass to someone because I was too tired and unwell to fight back, and it still is a huge thorn in my side. I don’t know how one, without some justice, goes forward from that.

That is why I am wondering IF some new information were to come to light about LK’s actions towards GJ, would it give GJ another chance to legally pursue LK?
