The firm has been retained by JK to represent The Circle of Kanarek, but thus far has refrained from fully disclosing or acknowledging that fact, for some unknown reason.

I haven’t seen this addressed again. So what you’re saying is that the Kanarek family is represented by Nagel’s firm but they haven’t declared it? What is the benefit?

I am absolutely convinced that their #1 motive is to force a settlement, and if that doesn’t happen, they intend to ruin MB financially, which goes hand in glove with LK’s orders to FTB. And if they can force him sell his WPB property to help settle legal fees, perhaps he will leave the WPB area and resettle elsewhere (such as Ocala). Then the K-Klan can move freely through the WPB area without worrying about the possibility of running into him somewhere and being in violation of a protection order.

I don’t think they’re worried about running into him, they just want to ruin him financially if they can.

I wonder how CBS is reacting to Lauren’s suit against them? Perhaps she believes she won’t have to produce anything for that suit to move along, if in fact it does move along. Is Bruce handling that suit too?

Well, she posted that she was suing CBS/48 Hours a couple of weeks ago. But who knows? Obviously she isn’t happy with how she was represented. Anything for a buck, right?

Then when you hit that URL, go to Public, then Court Livestreams.

I wonder if anyone has the ap like I do.

Here you can see it in the middle of my screenshot of my phone page. Today it opens to a page error. But if you pull down the menu, you can get to the court livestream in the menu choices. Never mind, I dont know how to past photos/screenshots from my phone. Does anyone know the steps here to upload a phone photo with your post? I’d love to know. On my phone, I don’t have a copy option (samsung S20+5)?

I have phone app, NJ courts. It’s opening up to a 401 page error today, but the menu has the live courts option.
