There used to be a Very Big and Important department store here that had Santa. I remember as a child how my mother took me there for the traditional “Santa” picture. I balked tremendously, as I KNEW that Santa ‘only appeared’ on Christmas Eve, and the man sitting in that chair was an imposter! There was NO WAY I was going to sit on a Strange Man’s lap!!

I can tell you that my parent’s know nothing about horses and I started taking lessons when I was 12.
And here we are, still waiting for the judge to post the answers to the questions discussed at hearing. Darn. It feels like things move very slowly in NJ.
I wonder if Jonathan (@Inigo-montoya) and Kirby (@Seeker1) Kanarek are enjoying their time out of the country. So strange that a lawyer would randomly leave the country for a month all while ignoring a subpoena. Still no response, still no lawyer representing either of them. Still ignoring the contempt filing, all in a case that they filed, well their daughter filed. Weird for an average person, extra weird for someone who advertises themselves as a Wall Street Lawyer. But then, does the average ethical lawyer send a private letter to the judge and think that is OK? I would think not.
We are also waiting to know if Lauren Kanarek has to come to NJ for her deposition, in the case that she filed. So weird that the only time Covid is too scary to do anything is when it applies to coming to NJ for the deposition. Just think about it, if Lauren came up to NJ now, she could double as a house sitting for Jonathan and Kirby while they are away. Win Win!
Well, except that part where Lauren is not allowed in their house. That is a small glitch on that plan.

Remember November is civil service month! Lots of days off. We have a few full weeks and then the Christmas Crawl begins into the new year.
Hopefully we can get an answer before Christmas.
It’s possible. But that answer might be a hearing date for oral arguments. So don’t get hopes up there will be a definitive answer.
Didn’t they just have oral arguments and we are waiting for the judge to respond to what was discussed at the oral arguments?

It’s hard for all of us to wait for action, I can’t imagine how this is for him and those who care about him.
I imagine given the current status of the suit that he is focusing on his treatment and partnership with Lara - as he should.
There’s little he can do at the moment. But getting out of Greystone - that’s something to focus on.
I’m guessing based on the outcome of these motions that a motion to dismiss or for summary judgement is coming.
So does it sound like that could happen relatively soon? Or could it not happen until the hearing that Taylor scheduled for six months from the last one? (Seemingly against the laws regarding a Kroll hearing?)
Please explain what this means again for those of us who are very dense when it comes to legal matters (or inexperienced!).
Well yeah, except he’s only in this pickle thanks to the K Klan and their diabolical plot to ruin him.
I mean, look at the time he’s lost, the money he’s had to spend, because of the … I’m not sure what… of those people.
