Well, they have proven to have been a great barometer for how badly the Ks have planned and lost. The more they squeal the more we can tell just how much they are about to lose.

How does that information affect your identifying me as an insider? Since the supposed inside information I provided turns out to have been incorrect, am I still and insider, but a sloppy and inaccurate one?

Exactly. It baffles me why people refuse to follow their own advise to ignore certain posters, then talk about how happy they are those posters are gone, yet continuously tag them, then complain that they are back while responding to their repeated comments.

As a non lawyer, I don’t know whether MBs psychiatric commitment and mental status could affect his availability to be deposed. I thought some of the legal professionals might know the law on this.

@CurrentlyHorseless, I think the answer you are rebutting is a very plausible answer to the question you asked me. In this case I wanted to make sure that when @Inigo-montoya (Jonathan Kanarek) saw that there was an outstanding question from you that they could help you with.
And heck, since they are current members here I would assume they would like to know when we are talking about them, so they can rebut things if they want to. This way we are not talking about them behind their back, we are right up front about it.

Let’s suppose Michael Barisone wins his suit against Lauren Kanarek. What can he take from her? Her horses and auction them off? Would he or the courts do that? The cash received from the mortgage of the house? All “earnings from whatever source” for x period of time?

If Mom and dad don’t comply, what is their risk and exposure? I speculate Michael is looking for a large cash payout considering everything the Kanareks have done to him and his business. Those with experience in these matters, what would a reasonable judgement be?

Can CBS/48 Hours bring suit against LK for any reason?

What is the reasonable expectation of care within State run psychiatric facilities? Jails?

Whatever unprotected assets she has, up to the amount of the judgment. Anyone that wins a civil suit could ask the court for a debtor’s exam to determine what assets exist.

Do I need to explain to you once again how Jonathan Kanarek (@Inigo-montoya) and Kirby Kanarek (@Seeker1) have ignored subpoenas to the point of having a contempt filing against them both and how Jonathan Kanarek, a lawyer, sent a private letter to the judge, all in the case that their daughter Lauren Kanarek filed?

So, I take this to believe that you are not understanding the legal case discussion about Jonathan Kanarek (@Inigo-montoya) and Kirby Kanarek (@Seeker1) and the whole contempt thing for ignoring their subpoenas, or how out of line it is that a lawyer would send a private letter to the judge. I mean, if we are to talk about plausible things, this is a great topic. So many possibilities.

I do not think that Eggbutt or Eggbutt’s ID has anything to do with the legal issues the Kanarek family is having because of their actions in the civil case that they filed. Seems like a strange tangent to make.
