If you (g) do not want to accept or consider any other scenarios or opinions other than your own cherished select thoughts… then why are you (g) whining that they be reposted? There is no point to that - but that may be the point.

Here’s the point:

If there were even one plausible alternative scenario, it would be easy peasy to post it. While multiple people confidently assert such plausible scenarios exist, the fact that no can actually sketch one out in three or four sentences suggests to me that they realize that all the alternative scenarios are quite implausible.

Sure, I’m going to label it as implausible, but I’m tiny minority, and no one cares what I think or even reads my posts. Why not post one of these many oh-so-plausible scenarios and get 35 likes and 12 posts endorsing it from the 99%?

Um CH, did you miss that someone DID post you what you have been begging for, a concrete plausible scenario for you to turn around and tell them they are wrong and only you know what is a plausible concrete scenario…even though you are not an insider of any type and you have no inside information.

Correct! So easy peasy we have all done it already. Multiple times. If you struggle with reading comprehension or a scrolling disability that’s not on us. Nobody is doing your homework for you. If the K clan lawyers want to prep for all the various ways doubt will be introduced, I guess they will have to do their own scrolling

For the cooks in the group, this weekend we’re dog sitting so I made a big early dinner so we can eat leftovers all weekend.
Today we have a roast chicken, squash roasted in apple cider with some cinnamon
and potatoes roasted in chicken broth and garlic
Came out quite good.

The squash turned the cider almost into a syrup that is just delish over the squash quarters with some butter

The chicken will become soup tomorrow. The Best.

Maybe some of that evidence that was excluded from the criminal trial that’s working it’s way into the civil trial will give weight to some of the multitude of plausible alternative theories that have been floated about.

If anything like that comes to light, will it change your mind any?

Again, The evidence in the trial does not count. They need to bring the evidence to the new trial. They have not done that when requested. So as of yet it does not exist.

Rather, I have a life and a family, and it’s the weekend; also, I refrain from making cohesive legal arguments specific to this case because it would be inappropriate for me to do so as I do not have all the facts available to the attorneys, I am not barred in the state of NJ, and I don’t wish for any of my posts to be interpreted as anything other than generic legal commentary.

At the rate the plaintiff and her witnesses are complying with discovery in the case LK brought, it’s going to be a long, long time before a trial date is set, if ever.
