Yes. With the exception of Schellhorn refiling the order to turn over the forensics on the phone, I update the title as stuff happens - hence, the current title UPDATE # 10 with the date.

I did not change it over a resubmitted order by Schellhorn, because it’s not really new.

Maybe this week we will get something new, other than a new way for me to click boats.

When Schellhorn submitted the new proposed order, wasn’t the contents of what was going to be turned over a significantly smaller set of stuff?

Wasn’t the revised order for phone logs, texts, and SM while the first order was for basically everything on all three phones?

Ruth Cox was criminaliy charged. The charges were dropped in a plea deal in exchange for RC testifying for the prosecution regarding the chain of possession of the gun.

She testified that she handed it to MB and did not see it again until it was shown to her by the police for identification after the shooting.

And how does that challenge the plausible idea that LK accessed the office and took it the night of august 6th when everyone was kicked out of the barn and could no longer call 911 to say she was trying to get into the clubhouse area where the office was located? An area she had been trying to access for several days per the 911 calls. The fire Marshall even confirmed that LK was on the farm late that night setting up their fire alarm. And she was apparently in the habit of ninjaing around the property and definitely in the habit of accessing the barn at all hours of the night. And it seems from the crime scene pictures that there were a few ways to access the club room/office.

Could it actually be that Michael looked in the safe, found RC’s gun gone and went up to his house to question Miss Kanarek about RC’s gun and it all went to hell in a hand basket when he confronted them? Certainly plausible. Prove me wrong.

In the 48 Hours interview, at around 29:19, MB said he remembers going into his office. He said the gun was locked in the safe. Straight out of his mouth.

I think LK felt he only wanted her monthly income and money for buying his horses or horses through him. I think he expected her to buy through him and not through Rosanna Williams. I think she resented that.

Lauren purchased her horses from Rosanna long before she met Michael. My God, you are really grasping!!! What on earth makes you fanatize that Michael cared where or from whom she bought her horses? He was being paid, although at blue-light special bargain prices, to train her horses from wherever she picked them up.

To be clear, many, many people believe the true victim in this situation is Michael Barisone, not Lauren Kanarek. Her previous behavior shows the threat she is to her victims.

I don’t know. Eggbutt and KM never said. MH was there at the barn then. I don’t know who would be between her initial meet with MB and move to be there. Eggbutt knows the family. Maybe she can fill us in.

That makes no sense. Everybody who watched the trial knows MH was MB’s girlfriend in 2015, and up until at least August 7, 2019.

You’re the one asserting MB had a newly arrived girlfriend in 2019. Not Eggbutt.

MH testified MB paid VK the $965,000 that spring and couldn’t sleep at night worrying about paying bills.

Something that is telling about MB’s attitude toward women is the tone he took in the text message to MH about this. VK and MB built a business together, she put in many years and apparently managed all the business side as well as all the other things involved in a horse business of that size. Instead of acknowledging the respect that VK deserved for their long partnership, MB instead said that he was “clipped” for $965,000. I’m sure money was tight for MB since he elected to keep the barns and certain horses and pay VK her portion in cash - instead of liquifying everything and splitting the assets.

I would never attribute tone to a text message between two people. No one here knows the dynamic of Michael’s relationship with Vera in 2018/2019 or the dynamic of his relationship with MHG. Any discussion is pure speculation unless the two women in question are here to discuss their relationship. That won’t happen because we know Vera, MH, and all others within Michael’s sphere have remained publicly silent.

Rum Balls

1 box (11 oz) vanilla wafers
8 oz bag pecans
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 T cocoa
1/3 cup white corn syrup
1/2 cup rum or brandy
Powdered sugar for rolling

Process wafers in food processor until fine.
Process pecans until finely chopped.
Combine ingredients and mix well. Shape by teaspoonfuls into firm balls, and roll in powdered sugar.
