No, this is not how a civil case is run….especially not by the side who brought the case. The people that engage in this behavior are the ones who have things to hide.

With all the shenanigans, I was starting to wonder if we were sensationalizing things and looking to make them all sound more off than they are… but man.
What will the end game here be? I feel like logic may be that the Judge could say too bad so sad, case thrown out. But things rarely go as logic would follow…
So are things just going to messily and slowly drag on and on wasting everyone’s money to write messy / poetic filings??
I can’t even imagine what the K’s are thinking will come of this. They can’t possibly think that SGF and MB are going to throw millions of dollars at them at this point? Can they??

It’s a little ironic to see the old posts where LK is lecturing other people and telling them that they don’t know anything about how the law works.
And yet, here we are. It certainly seems like some people involved in this case do not know how the law works.

I do look forward to seeing what his writing style in a legal letter is like.
I mean, we have seen Bruce’s cartoonish style and then the amazing writing from the other lawyers. I wonder where the writings of @Inigo-montoya/Jonathan Kanarek fits in that scale.
You have noticed their level of delusion, haven’t you? It would not surprise me one bit that Lauren Kanarek, her father Jonathan Kanarek (@Inigo-montoya), and her mother Kirby Kanarek (@Seeker1) all still think they are going to get a huge payday because their lies and manipulation have worked so many other times before (something that LK basically admits to in many of her social media posts).

@ekat, one of the things addressed in new filing is info on phone for RG. Why would they care about personal phone info for someone they don’t represent. I hope you can open it soon, I would love to hear your opinion.

I guess this is where I get stuck. People in real life aren’t this delusional, right? RIGHT? This isn’t a TV show or cheap entertainment. This is people’s real lives. People’s real money. I have worked with people with true delusions before, and I have experienced narcissists. But I’ve never seen people with apparently deeper pockets actually going for broke on something that seems probably not worth it at this point. Or at least, even if they think it’s worth it… they seem to be sinking it from their side. So it’s not logical.

I don’t think the judge will do that. It is the same judge who got the suit Michael brought before the police. I think this judge has an awareness that there are higher costs than just “wanting money” endured by one side.
