Interesting…seems like they were planning on some sort of legal trial happening. Planning some sort of set up? Disable his cameras so there was no proof of how something “bad went down”? But this was well before the shooting….

Well, both LK and RG were questioned about the planned lawsuit before the shooting. LK didn’t remember it being for the amount of $200k and RG wasn’t allowed to present his bill because it would mess up the plan and he wasn’t part of the lawsuit plan. So, yeah. Plans were cooking.
That’s going to play well in front of the civil jury.

Thanks for the great, illustrated explanation. I have always only used donut side reins for lunging. A friend suggested I use vienna reins for variety (for lunging), but they reminded me of draw reins. I can see that they are different. Sorry for the hijack, but I’m also wondering why you would pick the vienna reins for lunging over donut side reins?
I have seen some funky things done in clinics (like the single draw rein, the baling twine tied to the girth around the front and over the reins and tied to the other side (to give the rider leverage when needed), and some other stuff, was always, in my mind, to get a quick and dirty result for an audience…(not necessarily for training purposes–that would take more time).
Sure do wish I remembered exactly when the Ruger post was.

Wow. Just seeing this in detail (and god knows there is likely more…) is horrifying. I can’t even imagine living through it. And that timeline sure does extend much further back than the Ks would like us to believe. I wonder how/why Symphony was allowed to be moved onto the farm, and why on earth they were showing (ostensibly together?) in late July. The whole thing just sounds so untenable, even in a bulleted list…
