So on the 9th the judge will decide on the motion to compel for the in-person deposition of LK and for the motion to hild in contempt for KK. JK’s motion is on the 23rd.

I think there was always going to be different levels and phases to “release”. But the posts are angry sounding, so I’m cautiously optimistic that he’s moved into the next phase towards being fully released.

My guess would be an outpatient intensive program with an appointed guardian to account for his whereabouts outside of the program, probably within the confines of the state of NJ.
