The hostess/investigator (on TV this morning in the red dress) said that when she met LK that LK had just started riding again. Who knows how long ago that was.

We do know. Well, unless LK was lying when she posted on social media about having her first interview with 48 hours. The photo has been posted here I believe in this very thread.

Well, she is described as an investigator so I was thinking that she had met LK well before the interview.
I also can’t remember when we first found out that the show had an interest in the story.

Lauren Kanarek posted under her photo that it was her first interview with 48 hours. Now, I know Lauren has a long history of not telling the truth about the most basic things, but I can see no reason for her to brag about having her first sit down with 48 hours and how good it was to get all that off her chest, when it was not her first interview with 48 hours.

Edit - I apologize. I just went back through my communications and it was September 12, 2021 that 48 Hours contacted SW, who then contacted me (among others).

Her 48hours interview was 6/21/2022, according to that photo. Previous posts indicate that she was riding her horses in December of 2019. Again - why lie about something that is so easy to disprove? I just don’t get it. And I’m not going to stop pushing back against the lying because I can’t stand liars. I just can’t.

Could that information (that Lauren was riding again in December 2019) be posted under the 48 Hours preview on YouTube? Just to let people know, you know…

About as much sense as anything Lauren Kanarek says because when you proclaimed that I was ignored it was after the mods asked us all to not do lots of quoting (that included you, but good job pretending I was the problem).

Do you happen to have any updates on the whole Bruce’s horrible filing topic which the thread is about? Or anything about the 48 hours episode that has been added to the topic? Or are we going to go back to the criminal trial again, since that appears to be the only topic you are able to talk about?

Yes. I have stated that Bruce Nagel’s statement that MB was found guilty of attempted murder, but also found not criminally responsible for the act is just another way of saying what I have been saying about the NGRI verdict.

The judge will understand perfectly what he is saying.

At his initial arraignment, he pled straight Not Guilty.

As the trial approached, and discovery revealed all the evidence, he changed his plea to NGRI.

Bolding mine. it’s obvious to me why he pled NGRI. If he had pled straight NG, Bilinkas knew there was sufficiently strong evidence that it was very likely he were would be found Guilty and sentenced to decades in prison

Bilinkis was not his lawyer at arraignment.

I’ve known Susan for years if it is any of your concern and as stated, I do not agree with many of her posts and she knows it.

I’ve also known Lauren Kanarek for years. Does that mean I approve of Lauren? I’m not sure how much more ridiculous your logic can be.

Does anyone have an understanding why LK/JK aren’t suing the police department? It seems like they were derelict in their duty in not enforcing some measure of relief at the farm. How many times were they called out in a short period of time? 5?6? We’ve been told over and over “if you see something, say something “ and “don’t take the law into your own hands”. So, MB as a law abiding citizen, did what he was supposed to do and notified authorities. **And they did nothing **
(I know police have qualified immunity but I just wanted to add a periodic reminder of their role in this terrible situation.)
